What's up HCU? I'm back at it got a new partner pretty excited just been cruising. Jan 25 going to kick off a very healthy cycle. Lol i hope to have some news on some things I'm hoping to have I will definitely share the news if it happens.

Good morning HCU. I'm back show date of May 5th so I'm putting the pressure on myself with a dead line plan on doing 2 shows this year but considering 3 cause of timing. We will see that's alot of being hungry. Got a good shoulder session in this morning with a little bicep work. I will be doing Hypers before every workout to help with a sciatic nerve issue I've been fighting.

Hey thudgens looking good man!! So can I ask why such high reps? Do you see a lot of growth from high reps? and with the weight you using max weight or little struggle weight ?

The best answer is I'm old every time I go heavy seems I get hurt. Weights will go up still playing catch up with my right elbow. Had to have tricep tendon reconnected to elbow.

Oh snap ouch!!! So are you seeing any growth with this weight ? or just toning. I have always wondered if good amount of weight with high reps would still tear and rip the same as if you lifted heavy!!

I would say it's more of a rest pause method and I'm just writing down total reps
