Any pet lovers ?

I got this small black n white domestic short hair feline she even has her own Facebook page . She’s 6 had her when her mom was hit by car and this apple farm gave away free kittens . So I guess I never spayed her got this uterus infection that may kill her . The place wanted $4000 to spay . Or $750 to kill my sweetheart. Fuck that ! I came there eyes swollen crying like a girl , my cat is my baby every thing . I found place that usually spays for $159 but complicated with infection $400 - my fucking dad wouldn’t loan me 40$ until today when I get paid he’s like , only fucking animal just but her in bag . WOW - he lost a son forever now . Do you pet people care about your pets like family or am I just way unusual with regards to that cuz we all know I’m fucking insane but love my cat. I got her before eyes opened had to feed formula . In 3 months killed over 30 mice when landlord supposedly is pest control specialist. They couldn’t kill em so I told them I get cat no more. I’ve seen . She once dropped a dead rat almost twice her size at my feet ironically on my birthday. In cat language that is love to share her kill so I got down on my belly and ate rat !!! Ah joking lol ! First is $3000 a lot for spay? Do you guys consider your cat or dog your best buddy ??? Just curious . I almost murdered my 80 year old dad but then my large inheritance would be gone - just wait I’ll buy tons of animals ha ha ha

No you are not unusual. This past Summer my our Chinchilla died. He would have been 21 in September. We had him since he was only around 6 months old. I can't believe your Dad or anyone could say that about your pet. I considered my Chin my son. They become a member of the family. You can't have an animal for 20 years and not get attached. If you can, well then you have some kind of psychological problem. Also anyone who abuses animals, chances are in the future that will lead to abusing humans. Animals give you unconditional love, so nothing like humans.
 
I’ve had my dog for a little less than 2 years and he’s like my son. I love him more than I like most humans. When he was about 6 months old he ate my cloth Oakley’s case and it got lodged. $3200 surgery that he didn’t truly need but they didn’t tell us he probably would have passed it on his own, and really could have done ok with just IV fluids for a day or two. Fuckers. But we paid it. I don’t care the cost, I would never trade him for money. Me and my ex got the dog together. We unfortunately split ways. Messy break up. Sold the house. I got the dog. He’s a hunting breed so incredibly high, long lasting energy. It’s a handful. I pass up a lot of things to spend time with him making sure he’s not cooped up and taken care of. Do I wish I didn’t have to? Yes. Do I regret passing up these things? No. At the end of the day my boys always there for me, makes life better and this year he’s gotten me through some of the hardest darkest times of my life. Long story short. I understand your attachment and don’t think it’s unusual or crazy. A lot of people don’t understand or think it’s stupid or “just an animal”. To which I say, fuck those people. Fuck em hard.
 
You're not alone. I have a black cat and she's(Clea) like your cat. She's brought me numerous mice, right to my feet as well. She chases and brings back her toys to me, follows me even to the shower and waits outside. And she's 3 years old now. She's my girl.

Messed up your Dad said that. Could've left that comment to himself.
 
Hate to admit but I have more compassion for my 2 dogs than most people. My one dog lost his leg, it about killed me. Vet let me stay with him after the surgery. He does fine, just doesn't jump or run as much, have to keep his weight in line. Pisses me off when neighbors don't shovel their sidewalk when it snows. Makes it hard for him to take his walks.
 
I miss my " Murphy" most compassionate loving dog
( Golden Retriever ) I had from 8 weeks to few days after his 13th birthday. I miss that dog to this day..

& Thinking of getting another, or a Lab perhaps "and" a long legged Jack Russell. But have to get some things off my plate first b4 taking on something else.

I agree with a.of ya's & right now, my mom's dog is not doing well, I cried the other nite just having the thought that she may not make it thru this year...!!

Gives my Mom joy & happiness, & she , even tho usually doesn't want to be around people cuz if the way she feels
Every time I come over she makes her way.tinthe door, or downstairs to greet me. ( A little femle Boston Terrier ) we'll one of the terrier's ..? I have to think about that now.

But yeah, she makes her way over wheezing & wagging her tail cuz she knows her Big Brother.. precious at its finest.

It is misfortunate that pops said that, but ya know what ..,
He came up in a different world, a different time.

Just take the "High Road" & forgive him.

He's also a bit older, & sometime's they can be a little cantakerous, & not mean bad, / or harm.

I do however hope you are able to secure the resources to get her taken care of, or maybe someone that does that procedure can work.out something reasonable with ya Kets...! Let's hope

I am a TRUE dog lover and owner.. I had 2 male Akita's from 1999-2013 until father time took them from me.. There is nothing like a dogs love to their owners and never will be. My 2 boys were my family as I was a bachelor for 25 years before I met
my current wife in 2009. Akita's are a very dominant breed and their show of force is that of a Bear if you have ever seen one.. The most people friendly large breed that has NEVER had any issues with attacks on family members etc. This does NOT
apply to other dogs tho as they were never dog friendly even after getting fixed. But they are the best pets ever and thats why after putting my 2 original boys down and after a 2 year break, I got another one and have to say I am so so glad I did. A dog
fulfills one's life that no human can and that is about as good as I can explain it. They bring a certain joy to ones life that people can not. My new boy just turned 3 and he is a monster and alot of fun to have around. I will never go without a dog as long
as I live..

I have an Alaskan malamute, timber wolf mix. He is 90% timber wolf and he weighs 160 lbs. He is 35 inches tall to the top of his head. If I can figure out how to upload photos I would show him off.
 
OMG those are giant Alaskan malamutes from Hudsons kennels. My hybrids name is Fallon and he his the size of these guy.
