I have always wanted to try Dave's but around here its priced at $4.99/loaf. I never heard or seen of Oasis. Is it comparable to Dave's? How much a loaf?

Ehhh it’s more like Ezekiel bread. Goes for like 4 bucks a loaf.

The oasis sprouted bread low-carb version has about 8 g of carbs per slice...

Pretty much every breakfast. I’ll add some whole raw eggs every other day

Breakfast was 16 oz egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 cyp oatmeal and blueberries. Cool to see some do you guys are form Ohio. I’ve lived here my whole life!

F’ing cereal and liquid egg whites again! Not by choice !!

My 5 year old son clogged the upstairs toilet In the night and flushed it 5000 times..flooded my upstairs and water came through the ceiling..into my kitchen.
Destroying my brand new 6 week old hard wood floors that I replaced 6 weeks ago due to a slab leak !!

Kitchen destroyed and unusable...F !!!

Missed a couple days....been busy over the weekend.

Today was a four egg omelette woth chicken green peppers and onions along side a small bowl of oatmeal and some fruit with PB.

Right now eating 1/2 chicken breast, a chicken sausage (feta, spinach) mixed in white rice, topped with homemade sauce. (Pasta sauce).
