Grabbed a fee boxes each of the Quaker Protien Oats, (there are only six paks in each , so stocked up.a bit )

But also included the Cranberry /Almond I think it is..?

Gonna do that one Tonight for tomorrow's breakfast.

Are you using the 5% Real Carbs as well...? BiggC1..?

That stuff is excellent, have Blueberrie cobbler now, banana nut & 1 other (can't think of It off hand ) on the way

Not yet. Been doin 1 cup oats, scoop of whey, scoop of the granola cereal, 16oz whole milk, a banana and some maple syrup. I'll check it out!

Thinking about doing up something like this on a weekly basis for my sweet potato & "some" oats intake.

Little more cost conservative, except the prep, but sweet potatoes are easy.., could grill em' wrapped in foil, then add to.the recipe. Oat crumble with pecan or other nut on top.

Goin' out for BF with the wifey this AM. Then we are headed too the out let mall for some Christmas shopping. That'll be ream fun for me...battling the crowds on crutches....yeah....but lookin' forward to it. I'll let you know about BF when we get back.
 
Just had the ultimate platter from Burger King with coffee, then eating another one after I train this morning
 
Well the wifey and I went to a local 'Mom & Pop' joint. I had an awesome western 4 omelette with ham, chicken, peppers, onion, and tomatos. On the side.....on whole wheat pancake. Yum.
 
Steppin out of the norm. We had some leftover meatloaf....so I made to huge sandwiches on toasted whole wheat with some lettuce and hot pepper relish.
 
Today was a four egg omelette with a leftover cod, green peppers, and broccoli mixed in and some whole wheat toast and.....of course my apple.
