Chill day to rest and recover. First time back at church in a month with the wife’s hospital stay and ongoing recovery , felt great to get some of that weekly routine back. Did some grocery shopping too so I’m set up to stay locked in on macros next week. Kept training light with just the stairs to flush everything out and get the body ready for the week. I just want to say that I really appreciate everyone that has been following along!

Solid start to the week with my favorite day, legs. Felt refreshed and ready to kick off strong after the weekend recovery, and the new low on the scale has me even more dialed in. Hit the gym early and everything flowed well – elbow is feeling better, and the focus on controlled reps is paying off with better pumps and less strain. Legs were pumped real good today and felt really thick by the end, starting to get more vascular with more veins popping than I've ever seen before. Loving that added detail coming in as the fat keeps dropping, legs were smoked in the best way!

Solid Monday hitting chest mid day, I skipped out on work to get it in and the strength was definitely there. Don't know the exact weight of the bar on our smith machine but plates alone were 130kg (286lbs) on my final set for 8 reps, felt strong as hell. Got some Mark Bell raw elbow sleeves and they are LEGIT, helped a ton with the elbow pain I've been having, didn't even feel the elbow at all. I also got some knee sleeves to try on the next leg day. Gotta do what we can to take care of our bodies. Fasted weight at 213.9lbs this morning and the night's rest was key to feeling refreshed and ready to go.

Active rest day today, great having a stair master at home – can just wake up and head to the garage to get my cardio in without any hassle. Took a sick day from work to take my wife to a few follow up appointments and get some more Christmas shopping done after that. Got the last of my blood results in and they look good. Just as I thought E2 wasnt crashed and testosterone looked amazing, all as expected. My current protocol put my total test at 1944, free test at 525, and E2 right at 30. USP gear is top notch and dependable, last bloods with only 300mg of their test e had my bloods at 1901, so this go around had me right in the same range. Time to plan out increases to my protocol or addition of something.

Solid Thursday with back and biceps – felt refreshed after the mid-week cardio, and the session had me locked in from the start. Pump came on quick, and the vascularity is showing more each day. Another day staying close to my lowest weight yet, has me feeling good and motivated. Elbow is still bugging but each day it's less and less. Have been making sure that I stretch, massage, and ice it regularly. Tomorrow is the last full work day for two weeks, feel very blessed to have a job that treats us right and gives us almost 2 full weeks paid off for the holidays. Thats on top of getting the week off for thanksgiving as well. Plan on taking advantage of the time to rest, workout mid day or afternoon so that I'm at my strongest and fueled up. Should have an idea how my protocol will change so we can start the new year on the right foot.

TGIF! Today also marks the start of my holiday break from work. Looking forward to some solid rest, mid-day or afternoon gym sessions, and of course celebrating the holidays with my family. Had a really good workout early this morning. Seeing more vascularity every week now, especially in the shoulders and arms, it's seriously motivating and keeps me locked in. Shoulders felt full from the first set, and the new split is letting me hit everything with quality volume without feeling beat up. Sub-210 by New Year's is the challenge now! 4.3lbs to go in the next two weeks. Let's see if we can make it happen, especially with all the good food that's coming my way over the holidays.

Today was all about focus on the movement, muscle activation, and still pushing to failure. Last chest day I went heavy on the weights, but this time I dialed it back for more controlled reps and deeper connection. The pump was unreal and the chest felt fuller than ever. Went into the gym at 6am after sleeping a little longer than I'm used to, felt great walking in refreshed and ready to go. Pump showed up quick, vascularity was popping, and chest/triceps got that deep burn. While I'm not increasing my Test or Primo doses right now, I'm considering experimenting with injectable YK-11 for at least 4 weeks to see what the fuss is about since I have a few vials on hand. After that run, I'll be increasing the overall protocol to push things even further. Also cycling off the KLOW Stack for a bit to give the body a break from the peptides, but do have some bpc/tb on hand to help with the elbow still.

Full rest day today, no workout at all, not even cardio. It was extremely hard to not do something though. I get so antsy on these days, like I should be in the gym moving weight or at least getting some stairs in. The mind-muscle connection is strong, but the body needed the break after the heavy week. Fasted weight still dropping, sleep was as solid as ever, and feeling good about letting recovery do its thing. Sometimes the hardest part of progress is knowing when to shut it down. Went ahead and preloaded some syringes with yk-11, going to try it out for 4 weeks and then increase my daily protocol doses. Excited to see how my body reacts to it, have heard things about how good it is, but I've also heard from others that it didn't do much.

Fasted weight came in at 212.7lbs this morning, a new low for me. Haven't seen that number since I was in the Army. Progress feels real right now. Hit legs early and the session was intense. I don't know how fast it's supposed to kick in or if its placebo, but the YK-11 at 20mg a day (split AM/PM) already feels like it's adding an extra layer of pump. After the leg extensions my quads felt like they were ready to explode. Seated curls first to pre-exhaust the hams, then heavy hack squats had the quads screaming as well. Sleep is sadly is where I missed the mark, first day of my work holiday break and the little one was coughing up a storm. Kept waking the Mrs. and I up almost every two hours. Her asthma makes a normal cough worse than it really is. But we should be better prepared to manage her cough tonight so we all should be able to sleep better. I was able to get a later morning workout as planned though, didn't have to wake up and instantly go to the gym, it was a good change of pace.

Solid Tuesday hitting back and biceps, felt locked in from the start and the session was strong despite the rough night. Sleep was the worst I’ve had in a bit at 5h 42m, sleep score was 67, and with 13 wake-ups for a total of 48min. Took the little one to the ER to make sure she wasn’t dealing with something more serious since she’s had a bad cough and fever for a few days. Luckily it’s just a virus that’s going around, nothing to do but manage symptoms and wait it out. I ended up just not going back to sleep and checked work email before heading into the gym. Tomorrow is normaly a cardio focus day but its going to turn into a chest day because my gym is closed on Thursday. So instead Christmas morning I'll wake up to knock out some real good cardio before everyone wakes up for gifts.

Christmas Eve chest and triceps session today, felt amazing going to the gym today and getting a solid pump. Family time later, but the morning lift set the tone perfectly. Macros were not really tracked today (forgot to take my fasted weight too and I blame the holiday spirit). I've been going hard all year, so I'm letting loose just a tiny bit. Not pigging out, but not stressing the tracker on Christmas Eve. Sleep was the best I've had in a long time according to my watch, but sadly I feel like I might be catching whatever my daughter has, I'm feeling a little funky. Still got a solid chest and tricep workout, as I still went heavy. Pump was great, vascularity showing strong, and everything felt connected. Really praying whatever I am feeling just passes me by. Christmas Day and feeling worse than yesterday, my sinuses messed up, throat hurting, body sluggish, and that cough is hanging around. Sleep according to the watch was atrocious, sleep score of 52 compared to yesterday's 95. Luckily today is a scheduled rest day so I can focus on recovering and not pushing through sickness. Hosting and cooking for the family today, so lets see what that does for how I'm feeling. Would love to wake up tomorrow good enough to hit shoulders and get back in the gym. No fasted weight today but I did eat better, I kept it reasonable with holiday food, made sure to make my own food that doesn't have me cheating.

I got, got! Fully sick today, slept almost all day and feel like I got ran over by a truck. Did manage to take my fasted weight and it was 212.5lbs, so the holiday eating wasn’t too bad after all. Sleep doesn’t feel like real sleep on account of being sick, I was just tossing and turning between naps. No workout today, obviously. Stepped out of the house for 20 minutes for an errand and that was miserable. Praying this passes fast, otherwise I’ll make my sub-210 end-of-year goal because I’m sick and not because I’m putting in the work. Struggled to even get this log up today.

Life is pretty boring at the moment but luckily I have the time to recover. Still have no work for another week so I can hit the gym hard when I do return. Hunger isn't really there but I'm trying to get food in me anyway to keep recovery going. Not tracking macros still, just eating clean when I can and letting the body heal. Fasted weight at 212.4lbs this morning, holding steady through the sickness. Another full rest day, no workout or cardio. Hoping tomorrow I'm good enough to at least get some cardio in.
