Woke up a little later than I wanted so I didn’t have the extra time to do some cardio like I would have liked but thats ok, I’ll make up for it. No work today because your boy got a new set of teeth, got the permanents in so I had to sit there for 3 hours when I should have been eating. I only had my protein shake and a small bite before going so I was starving by the time I was out of there. Got my new full-size pre-workout in the mail so I am pumped to give that a go for legs tomorrow.

Sleep: Good! The sauna yesterday really helped. Got some solid with CPAP on the whole time.

Got to sleep in an extra hour this morning so I went a little longer than usual in the gym, freeing up my time tomorrow to focus on cardio and sleeping in a lot more than an hour. Haven’t had a cheat meal in a long ass time and I couldn’t say no to a burger… or two haha. But I stuck to just the burgers and skipped the fries – always prefer to fill up on the good stuff instead of sides. Sleeping in tomorrow, only doing cardio, and today’s cheat meal is going to have me ready to absolutely kill it Monday morning. Plan on getting E2 checked next week to see exactly how much the Primo has been lowering it and then we’ll plan the next step of increasing dosages.

Slept in hard and it felt like absolute gold, I got almost 8 hours straight, best sleep I’ve had in weeks. Kept it light and chill today with fasted cardio and abs at home. Exactly what the body was begging for after yesterday’s double-burger cheat and that big shoulder/back/arm beatdown. This current protocol is treating me incredible! Haven't noticed any low E2 sides, hair shedding is minimal, acne is extremely controllable, libido is strong, and everything is staying full and hard while the fat keeps dropping. Body is tightening up, legs feel refreshed, joints are happy, and the mind is crystal clear. I’m locked in and hungry for Monday. I need to remember to schedule my bloodwork this week, so we can look into dialing in the doses up perfectly and keep pushing this recomp.

Quads got an absolute stupid pump today – left the gym walking funny and the pump was still ridiculous even after my shower. I love starting the week with legs because most people don’t, and that soreness that carries into the week makes me feel alive lol. Added KPV to the the daily stack for its potent anti-inflammatory effects, gut healing, immune support, and wound repair benefits. Scheduled my labs to check E2 on Wednesday. Hoping to get my schedule changed a little to workout mid-day on some days so I can sleep a little more than I am now.

Sleep was interrupted all night. Kept getting woken up and CPAP didn’t stay on the whole time, not a good combo. Could have gone a little heavier on the exercises today but the messed-up sleep definitely didn’t help. E2 labs have been scheduled for tomorrow midday. I feel great so I’m really curious what the numbers say. Tomorrow, while its busier with work, its a rest day and I am looking forward to sleeping in until 6:30am. I'll be hitting some cardio later in the day and then getting the chest pumped hard again on Thursday.

Wednesdays are my busiest days at work and I’m sometimes crashing mid day but had zero crash today. Woke up feeling some pain in my left elbow, I’m thinking it might be some Distal Biceps Tendon Irritation. Will be injecting some localized BPC/TB, stretching, applying some ice, and modifying workouts to not aggravate it more. I honestly don’t know how it happened, nothing hurt during all my previous workouts and I just woke up with the pain. Doesn’t feel too bad and I know when to stop and not push through pain. Goal is to still get a good lift in and not further injure myself. I went in to Quest today to get my labs done to check my E2 levels. Hopefully they’re quick to return them so I can report back on that. Overall though, I’ve been in a much better place mentally and way more motivated about my progress since starting this log, it’s like having the accountability and seeing the daily updates is keeping me dialed in and excited to keep pushing, even on tough days like this. But even more motivating is having others follow along on my journey!

I've been having fun making content for US Pharmacies, especially on days that I don't record my training or pictures of myself.

 
Today was a good day, opted for a mid day workout instead of 5am. Skipped out on lunch from work to get a good lift in. Elbow was bugging but it appears to just be some tightness and not really an injury, it already appears to be improving. Will definitely be scheduling an appointment with my massage therapist for next week, get some body work done but focus on my left bicep/elbow to get me right back to 100%. Threw in a CBC panel with my E2 yesterday because my hematocrit was higher than I was comfortable with last time, but returned back today in range! Everything else on that panel was in range as well, so things are looking great! Just a waiting game now to see E2 levels.

Sleeping in the past two days has been a game-changer. Finally got some solid recovery time and woke up feeling refreshed and ready to attack the day. This new split is fitting perfectly, not overwhelming at all, and I'm loving how it's letting me focus on quality reps and mind-muscle connection instead of chasing crazy heavy weights every session. Progress feels steady, vascularity is popping more each week, and mentally I'm in a great spot with the consistency paying off big time. Looking forward to seeing the full results from this consistent grind and having the backing of Team USP! It's amazing and keeps me motivated every step of the way.

Chill Saturday overall. Did some Christmas shopping and took my mom to the casino for a little bit. Fasted weight came in at 213.8lbs this morning, somehow lower than yesterday’s new low! I have no idea how, but I’m definitely not mad about it. Workout had me pumped and the new low had me hit the posing room with some good lighting to check out the physique (pic posted below). Overall a good Saturday, looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow.
