A lot more energy today, I am finally feeling like I'm turning the corner on this sickness. Got in some light fasted cardio for 20min to get the blood flowing, then hit the gym for a short, light leg session a little later. Kept everything controlled, no heavy grinding, just focusing on the pump and connection while easing back in. Quads and hams responded great, got a nice burn without overdoing it. Can still feel that I was getting over something as I was sweating and breathing heavier than aI normally do, even with heavy weight. Sleep was good last night, I woke up on my own at 6:30am after 7 hours, no CPAP needed. Body is coming back strong and ready for more volume soon, let's see how tomorrow goes for us. I want to finish the year strong!

Fasted weight came in at 212.4lbs this morning, its holding steady while easing back in. Sleep was 7 hours, mostly with CPAP on, and felt good. Got into the gym this morning for some back work and took it light again, my strength still isn't at 100% yet but was able to get a good lift in. Had a solid connection and pump for easing my way back into things. Took some physique pictures to see what the days off did and I'm honestly not mad with what I saw, especially as I felt like I couldn't pose or even flex properly. Personally still holding fullness and detail, some slight noticeable regression maybe. Good sign the foundation is strong and ready to go into 2026 strong!

New Year’s Eve and sadly I didn’t quite hit the sub-210 goal I set for the end of 2025, me being sick for a chunk of December definitely threw things off. But looking back, what an incredible year it's been. Started pushing close to 290lbs feeling miserable, and came in at 211.7lbs just this morning, I stacked on muscle the whole way and completely transformed my physique. On top of that, became a Sponsored Athlete for US Pharmacies, something I never would have imagined at the beginning of this journey. Very excited for what 2026 has in store. Have the full support of the entire USP team and I'll be using their top quality gear to build on everything I've done already. Thankful for them and honestly pumped for the next chapter.

Active recovery day today with 30min on the stairs for steady cardio plus a quick abs circuit to finish. Kept the heart rate moderate, got a good sweat going. Feeling strong heading into the weekend and the new year, body has recovered well from being sick, and the consistency is paying off. No heavy lifting today but still moved and felt productive. Very excited to get into the gym and get my first lift of 2026! Will be taking some pictures so I can look back at the end of the year to compare the work that I plan on putting in. I know the entire USP Team is going to do amazing things this year and I am so here for it!

First lift of 2026 and decided to go with legs for the second time this week, what a way to kick off the year. Pump for legs was insane today and energy was going strong the whole session. Fasted weight at 212lbs and the 7 hours of sleep had me feeling refreshed and ready to attack. Had a little bit of a cheat meal with a Korean bibimbap bowl but it didn't throw me too crazy off macros, I stayed reasonable and enjoyed it. Overall, pumped for the gains ahead this year. Got back with a light chest pump tomorrow đź’Ş

Solid Saturday hitting chest and shoulders with a pump focus, I went in early after a rough night but the session turned out great. Sleep wasn't too good, stayed up late waiting for family and only got about 5 hours in. Energy was carried by caffeine and motivation, and the pump you can thank USP Tadalafil and my YK-11, that combo had everything popping from the first set. Overall a good workout that felt solid, with the vascularity showing more each day and the fullness from the protocol holding strong even through the holidays. The holiday break has been nice for recovery, and I'm excited to keep the momentum rolling into 2026. YK-11 is about to come to an end and will write up more about my experience with it. As for my current protocol, I think I'll be pumping up my numbers before adding anything since my body has been responding very well to it. Along with pumping up my food! đź’Ş

Full rest day today, my only one of the week, so no gym or cardio, just letting the body recover and recharge. Work holiday break is over and I head back tomorrow, but for me that's a great thing. I can lock in on food and hydration a lot better when I'm at work as it gives more structure to my day and I don't have to worry so much about other things going on around the house. That means my 2026 can officially fully start tomorrow since I've still kinda been in vacation mode. Fasted weight at 212.5lbs has me motivated to keep the ball rolling. Stayed up late with company over at the house and up early for church with the family, so sleep was just OK but short. Overall, a positive day spending time with loved ones and getting mentally ready for the grind ahead.

That trip to the airport took longer than I anticipated so I got home and jumped straight on the stairs for 35min of fasted cardio, didn't have time for the gym, good thing I hadn't drank my PWO yet either. Saved it for the afternoon instead so I could hit back hard later in the day. Morning cardio felt solid, got the blood flowing and the sweat going without any fuel. Pump and energy came alive once the pre kicked in for the back session, everything felt connected and strong. Brother turned 30 today and wanted to go to a steakhouse for dinner, saved some of my food for just that. Made me think that I should get a portable scale for when I to restaurants.

That's one cool chest machine and I use a tbar handle on a barbell in a landmine attachment for that.
 
Solid Tuesday with legs before work, which meant I slept in a little and got the session in early (maybe bleeding a bit into work time). Pump was real strong today, quads wanted to explode on the extensions. Energy was solid and mood was locked in the whole time. Expanding on that, my strength has been climbing again after a dip from the weight loss. I've dropped a ton of fat this year, and with it some strength took a hit, but I can feel it coming back stronger now along with becoming more vascular every week. Think the YK is doing its job because of that, along with the fullness and recovery being on another level. Not to mention a slight increase to my weight at the same time while staying lean. The new split and protocol are clicking perfectly, and it's motivating to see the weekly changes in the mirror.

Felt well rested this morning despite the 7.5 hours being a little interrupted by my daughter in the middle of the night. Woke up ready to crush chest mid-day and the energy was on point the whole session, the pump felt strong and everything connected perfectly. Chest and triceps got that deep burn, and the fullness is staying consistent even with the carbs up a bit today. Loving how the protocol is performing as we push into the new year.
