I think this is my favorite upper body day that I have! Lots of great movements in this one! We switched standing overhead press to seated overhead press, because the smith machine doesn't go up high enough to fully extend. I love how on all my lifts, my numbers are going up.. as I am losing weight! Had a nice day off from work, which is my favorite because I can really focus on my workouts and not worry about time. I have another day off for my next workout, which will be a lower body day! It is my shortest lower body workout, but it has all great movements in it! Macros were on point today again! Really seeing results come in on the scale, and in the mirror. I am just so happy that my strength is still increasing!

Notes

I think this is my favorite lower body day! There are fewer total movements, but the movements themselves are killer! Numbers are still steadily improving. Also, I slept like crazy! Got over 12 hours of sleep cumulatively. I feel asleep at like 8 pm until midnight, so that all counted towards total sleep. Because of this, I woke up late and had to skip 1 meal yesterday... but my macros were still on point! For now, i stopped the bpc 157 use. I don't really have any nagging injuries, so I figured I will save the rest of my stash for when something does come up. Blood work will be scheduled in the next week, and will be done by the time i make the switch from EQ to Mast P. Instead of a rest day tomorrow, I will be doing an upper body workout and taking Saturday off, as it is my longer work day. Don't forget the great sale going on now at US-pharmacies! We are steadily increasing weight/reps on all lifts! Feeling really strong in the gym! I can feel the connection to each muscle when i'm working it. At this point I am basically obsessed with the process. Things are looking good on the scale as well... weight is going down, while i'm lifting heavier! Really starting to lean out and see veins all over my body! Really excited to make the switch over to Mast P in a couple of days! Blood work will be done this week as well!

Absolutely blew apart my legs on this one! I was getting bad cramps a week or so ago, so I added in taurine, but last night I had the absolute worst cramp I have ever had. It was in my leg and lasted a legit 30 minutes! I woke up this morning and my leg hurt so bad all day because of it. I talked with my coach, and we are adding in some electrolytes to hopefully mitigate the cramps. Another reason this may have happened is because I skipped one of my rest days in order to have a certain day as an off day. From now on I will be following my training regiment strictly, as I have learned how important rest days actually are... especially when you are pushing yourself to the limit! Only 4 days left on this EQ cycle, and then we are dropping test in half and adding a little mast. I am leaning out very nicely. My weight is down about 6 pounds in the 2 weeks since I started Retatrutide. Looking to get absolutely shredded and then push the gas to put on that good size! Today (Sunday) was a rest day so tomorrow we are back at it Hitting an upper body workout. Like I have said before, my logs are actually from a day before (Saturday) in order to have a complete breakdown of all the numbers and everything. Hope everyone has a great day! Notes

Pretty relaxing day. Worked 10am to 4pm, then headed to the gym to hit cardio, abs, and calves. Still dealing with a lot of pain in my left leg due to that horrible cramp I had the night before. Besides that bit of pain, I'm feeling on fire right now! Looking forward to what the future has in store for me! Feeling completely pumped up about my choice to live this lifestyle. Big shout out to my coach, Eazy, for keeping me on track and pushing me in the right direction! Check in is coming up on Tuesday. Wednesday will be my last EQ injection, and then the switch to Mast P will be coming into play. Monday is the start of my 3rd week of reta, and things are going great. Definitely a well-deserved, and needed, rest day today! I'm hitting 45 minutes of cardio 7 days a week right now, and it is making a huge difference!

Great upper body workout today! Lots of great movements in there. I really love the way I feel my muscles engaging on the underhand barbell rows. Training is going great right now! The pain in my leg from the cramp is gone for the most part, so we will be crushing a leg workout here in about an hour. Monday was my 3rd Retatrutide injection! Lots of progress so far with that from only being on it for 2 weeks now. Blood work is scheduled for tomorrow morning. Tomorrow will also be my last day of my test/eq before switching the EQ for Mast P. Check in was this morning, my unflexed check-in picture is below.

So this workout was contingent on my leg not hurting as badly from the major cramp I had a couple nights ago... and it was feeling good enough to me! LOL, it would have taken a lot for me to miss this workout actually. I used to hate training legs because they were a major weak point for me. Now, I am hitting pr's all the time... and about to be maxing out some of the machines. I am seeing a drastic difference in the way my legs look as well. Definitely getting more cut up, and the leaner I get... the more veins keep popping out! I am coming around to loving leg days now! The hip thrusts are still a pretty awkward movement for me, as I have only done it 3 times. Things are looking great! Today (1/21/2026) was my last EQ injection. Tomorrow we will be doing the change from EQ to Mast P. I am excited, but I am hoping cutting my Test dose from 700 to 350 doesn't change things too much. This was my last day of my test/eq cycle (1/21/2026). It was a rest day, besides some cardio, abs, and calves. Much needed rest day, I'm realizing now how important they actually are! We went and got blood work done today! Once I have all the results, I will post them here! I tried injecting in the lat today, and that went great! Smooth as butter! I unlocked a new site, so now I have 6 in rotation. Instead of really killing pr's and adding so much weight so quickly, and getting injured, I am going to be focus on full range of motion, good reps, and contracting the muscles properly. I can't imagine getting hurt and getting set back months! Really excited of the future! Fully locked in right now! Big Upper body workout next!

So, today was my first Mast P injection, and my last, lol, for a little bit at least. I decided with my coach, that in order to get my blood work back on point I will spend 4 weeks on 250 Test a week only. I will still keep my GH and reta where it is, but for the next 4 weeks the only other compound will be 250 test E a week. I think this is a great idea, since I want to be on compounds leading up to a peak in the summer time! Really sitting and thinking about the long-term plans! I also have upped my NAC dose, and my milk thistle dose! I am already getting 500mg of Tudca in my daily armorval. Really going to put my head down and grind for this next month, and then we will begin adding in the Mast P, as planned. I had a great upper body workout! Really focusing and making sure to work the muscle that is intended. I can't wait for the future, and to see my body continue to transform! A little break is always a good thing! Next workout is a lower body workout, which is my shortest workout, but definitely not the easiest. Lots of great movements in it.

Still have a little bit of pain in my leg from the cramp a week ago. Talked with coach, and I will be skipping leg day/cardio for 1 week while I add in BPC injections daily. Will re-asses in 1 week. Today was still a great leg workout. It is my shortest one, but lots of good movements. My pain from the cramp doesn't really interfere with lifting, but I still want it to be able to heal up, so i can get the most out of my effort. Macros on point today! Rest day is next, and then on sunday we will be hitting a big upper body workout! Can't wait to see my physique that I will be presenting in the summer! Notes

A little bit of an active rest day. Still got my 45 minutes of cardio/abs/calves in. Like I said in the last post, I will be skipping cardio and leg days for the next week in order to give my leg some time to heal. This log is from my rest day yesterday. Hit my big upper body workout today, which will be logged tomorrow! Just getting through the weekend, which is my busiest time at work... thank god! My coach spit some great stuff today about there only being 20 weeks left until summer. It is time to fully lock in and to put my head down and to strive for the goals I set out for myself. Reading that, really gave me a ton of motivation and drive to do what I need to do. I can't wait to see where I will be at when those 20 weeks are up. That is why I am taking this week off cardio/legs in order to go all out in the next 20 weeks. Also, can't wait to get my blood work done in 4 weeks to be able to add in some extra compounds to really give myself that edge! Big things are ahead of us!

Notes

This was a great upper body workout! I am really loving the workouts lately. I am a little bummed out about not being able to do any lower body workouts or cardio for a week, but I know it is the right move in the long run to be able to really push things in these next 20 weeks until summer. It also feels pretty weird only doing 37.5 mg of Us-pharmacies test E a day. I am used to at least over a ml of oil daily. Because I will be on this for the next 4 weeks, I ordered some 1ml syringes from amazon. I really love the 27 gauge 1/2 inch for the delts. Delts have definitely become my new favorite injection site. Barely feel anything at all! Tomorrow I will be logging my day from 1/26, which will be a rest day due to the restriction on legs/cardio. My leg is already feeling 100 percent better by adding in the 3mg of bpc daily. I was looking up shows near me at the end of the year, and I might have to wait until next year to compete. Don't see many competitions for that time for amateurs. Can't wait to see where we go from here!

Today was a total rest day to make sure my sore leg from the cramp heals completely. I had check-ins today (Tuesday 1/27). Things are looking great! Blood work will be done in 2.5 weeks, and after results compounds should be added/increased. Not too much to check in with today. Worked 6-2am, and today I work 5-2am. I had a big upper body workout today, which will be logged tomorrow! Again, looking forward to the future and really pushing things to the limit, in a healthy way! Ordered more Natto, and also some 1ml syringes, because I am injecting less oil now, I don't need the full 3ml. Reta injection day. Things are looking great! My average weight dropped 3 pounds from last week! Will check back in tomorrow!
