Notes
had to work today. After I got off work, I went to the gym and did cardio and some abs and calves. I got my blood glucose monitor in the mail today so I can keep check of that when I start my GH tomorrow. I will be checking blood glucose first thing when I wake up in two hours after my first meal. I’m super excited to start taking this growth hormone tomorrow. It is just the next step to push farther. Tomorrow we have a big full body workout planned in the morning. I also got my magnetic phone holder to start filming again. When you only work out three times a week, you really look forward to that next workout and almost dream about it lol

Notes
so I started the day off with a really good full body workout. I had heavy upper body movements and light lower body movements. I was able to hit some better numbers for the lower body today, but on upper body, I had to establish a new baseline with less weight in order to do all my reps correctly. I now have a baseline on all my lifts of where I am at while doing the movements correct. So from here on out, I will be able to track strength improvements. There was a slight change of plans because I thought my GH was coming in the mail today, but it ended up not coming and it said to be delivered tomorrow. So I will be taking my first dose of GH tomorrow night before bed. I’m going to be starting at four IU daily. I’m very excited about this next step. As far as macros went today, we stayed locked in. Tomorrow I will be doing cardio, abs, calves, and I will be working on my front double bicep pose. I am new to posing so I will be doing it for the first time. I will post a picture tomorrow. Today I got a good round of cardio in. I also started my GH today at four IU. Really looking forward to my workout tomorrow. Obviously it’s going to be another full body workout with heavy lower body movements and light upper body movement. I also had my check in with my coach today. My legs have always been a weak point and I am starting to actually see some definition there that my coach pointed out to me. Overall good check-in no changes to be reported right now, but if my weight keeps going up too much, we will be cutting cards on non-training days. I will check back in with you guys tomorrow.

had a great workout today. All of my lifts are progressing. Today also marks day two of starting growth hormone. I can really feel the difference during my lift now that I have proper form and technique on all of them. I really get that deep burn and stretch in my muscles now. Notes
Today started off my day with some cardio. Was able to keep it at the same incline the whole time and get a 130 average heart rate at the end. Macros were dialed all the way in today. I ended up cooking about 5 pounds of chicken to have for the next couple of days. Given the work schedule that I have it’s much easier for me to have meals already prepped up and ready to go. I have found out throughout this process that that is one of the main things I have to do in order to stay locked in. The changes I have seen already have been great and I attribute those to the change in workout routine and the change in my eating habits for sure. Really ready and dialed in for this workout tomorrow. It will be a heavy upper movement and light lower movement day. Now that I have the baseline for all my lift set, I will be able to measure strength increases much easier. I will check back in tomorrow and let you know how the workout went. I have to work a seven hour shift tomorrow which isn’t that bad. I like getting my workout in before going to work so I will be setting my alarm for 5 AM tomorrow. I hope everyone had a great day.

Man, what a great workout today. Got up at 5 AM, and took my compounds and then headed straight to the gym. Everything felt great. I made all of my reps count. I felt like I took full advantage today and isolated muscles. Exactly how I was supposed to. I can feel my body getting stronger and stronger. I really think adding in this growth hormone is going to make a huge difference. Speaking of growth hormone I decided to bump it up to six IU a day. I know it’s a little quick to go up that high, but I don’t mind dealing with any side effects for a little while in order to have my dose higher. The goal is to eventually get to 10 IU a day. I will stay at six for a little while and see how that goes and then titrate up from there. I had to go to work today and all I could think about was working out lol. I have my long two day rest now, but I will still be hitting cardio and stretching. I also really want to begin working on posing as I want to step on stage in a year. today I slept in a little bit, and then got ready for work. I prepped out my carbs for the day, and I cooked chicken at work to eat with it. Kept my macros, locked in as usual. As soon as I got off of work I went up to the gym and did cardio. I was able to maintain the 130 average heart rate that I’m looking for. After cardio, I got home and practiced my side chest pose for the first time. That went all right, but I just realized how difficult it is to get these poses correct. I feel like it will be a lot easier once I get the muscle memory down, but getting that down is going to be difficult, but I am up for the task. Attached is a picture of my first side chest post. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. You know I’m already looking forward to this workout Monday morning. The six IU of growth hormone is going good. I have it split up into 3 AM and 3 PM. I will get back with you guys tomorrow.

What a great workout today. I felt connected to the weight. I really am pushing myself to failure now and getting the most out of my workouts. I am at the point where I’m making every single rep count, especially when I’m reaching failure. I can feel the deep burn and stretching in my muscle muscles. I feel like I’m making great progress at the time, and I cannot wait to see where we’re gonna end up. For the first time, I can actually see myself stepping on stage in a year. Before, I doubted myself a little bit, but I have no doubts now. Big shout out to my coach eazy. Since I’ve gone with him, I’ve been so dialed in, and I can see the difference already. I will be hitting another full body workout tomorrow morning and I can’t wait. A little update on the GH. I don’t know if it’s in my head, but I can see things changing already. I feel way more full now. Again, thank you for being along from my journey. We are locked the fuck in right now, and that’s not going to change.

we started off today with sending my check-in questions to my coach. I also sent my updated check in pictures. My coach got back to me and we are going to be leaning out, before packing on more mass and size. We are going to start by upping the cardio to 45 minutes five times a week instead of 35 minutes four times a week. Also, on non-training days I will be cutting back from 60 g of carbs per meal to 50 g of carbs per meal. If this does not work, in two weeks, we are going to make the decision on whether I will be starting. retatrutide. I am definitely interested in starting reta, but going to give the natural route a go first. After the check-in, I had a great workout today. It was a heavy upper and light lower day. As I said yesterday, I am hundred percent locked in right now. Also, I am going to be starting 8 IU of gh, upping from 6 iu. I have not had any side effects of it yet, so I am going to push it up slowly to 10 IU a day. I hope everyone has a great Christmas. I am going to try and slide a little workout in in the morning before the gym closes at noon. After that, it is off to my family’s house for the holiday.

I just wanted to hop on here and wish everyone a very merry Christmas. Today was an all around wonderful day with the family. I was able to order 720 more IU of growth hormone today, which is great. I did not track my macros today, as I was counting this as a free day. Since I started with my coach, I have not had a cheat meal or anything like that. Under the advice of my coach I just went with the flow today. I did not count all my numbers, as I am not at my house. I just wanted to spend time with my family and not count everything today. I will be heading home tomorrow morning, as I work at 11 am. We are right back at it tomorrow, and we also have a full body lift & cardio session that I can't wait for. I will have to do this after work, which i don't typically like doing, but have to accommodate. Tomorrow will be my first day of the new cardio protocol we have. Which is now 45 minutes instead of 35. Also, instead of 4x per week we will be at 6x per week. Again, hope everyone had a great day! Back to fully locked into the grind tomorrow, and I cant wait!

Today we are back on the grind, and I love it! I came back from being over at my parents house for christmas and pretty much had to go straight to work. After work, I headed to the gym to crush a full body workout. It felt absolutely great to be back on track with macros and training. As much as it was nice to be with family and not care about macros for a day, I definitely feel 100% better when I am on track and locked in. Like I said, we are up to 8IU of growth, and today I noticed a little bit of edema in the ankle region so we are starting dandelion root extract. I will see how that goes for a week, and if it doesn't clear up, I will probably go back to 6IU for a little while and then bump back up to 8. We also had our first day of 45 minute cardio instead of 35, and it was not that difficult to bump it up, it is probably the EQ with basically unlimited stamina lol. While crushing my workout today, I literally felt like my muscles were inflated. Looking great, and feeling great. Glad to be back in lock in mode, and can't wait for my next workout, which is on monday. Until then, we will be hitting cardio sessions everyday. Got a great nights of sleep last night. Today is the first day of cutting back carbs on rest days. Instead of 60g of carbs each meal it is down to 50. Honestly, I didn't really notice too much of a difference. I love to see where my macros are at though. Carbs are down, calories are down, and fats are down... while keeping the protein consistent. As far as training goes, today was generally a rest day. I had to work 10-4 today, but after that I hit the gym for some cardio. Like i said before, we are now hitting 45 minutes of cardio each session. I am aiming for 6 cardio sessions a week, but 5 will be the minimum. Two out of the five cardio sessions I get to choose a machine of my choice. I decided to hit the stair stepper. It is much easier to keep my heart rate up on the stepper as opposed to the treadmill. I just kept it at a steady level 7 the whole time, and hit some good numbers on it. Tomorrow will be another rest day, but with cardio, abs, and calves like usual. Today I also ordered knee and elbow sleeves which should both be here by Tuesday. I am looking forward to my lift on Monday already. I finally got some USP gear! That is what the photo below is. I am so proud and honored to be a part of the US-pharmacies team. Great things ahead of us!

Once again, a great night sleep! Love when I can squeeze in over 8 hours of sleep. I wake up feeling fully replenished. Got my elbow sleeve in from amazon today, and I can't wait to use it tomorrow during my full body workout. Everything is lining up perfectly right now. I actually feel better than I ever have. Cutting the carbs on non-training days seems to be a great move. Shout out to my coach on that one! Also, 45 minutes of cardio feels a lot better than the 35 I was doing. I can definitely feel the difference, and I believe soon I will be able to see the difference as well. Yesterday I officially started my Accutane, and i'm hoping to get results from that fairly quickly. Today I also started bpc on my knees. They have been giving me a little trouble lately. I have been having pain in both knees on the inside. I started 1mg per knee. Can't wait to get back in the gym tomorrow for a lift! It always is a great feeling getting in and crushing a lift after my weekend off from lifting. I will check back in with you guys tomorrow! Road to the stage in a year! Team USP baby!

Had a great full body workout today. First day using my new elbow sleeves. Like my coach had told me before, I loved the feeling of having warm elbows. During my workout I kept looking in the mirror and literally felt inflated today while working out. I don't know if its the GH kicking in already, but my body is definitely changing. I am really getting the confident feeling overall even while just walking around in public, or while I am at work. I am proud of the transformation I have been able to achieve. I will post my before picture below which is from less than 2 years ago. I was fat and lazy at that time. Right now I am the total opposite, I am fully locked in. I am sticking to my meal plan 100%, and I am hitting my cardio 5-6 times per week. Really pushing to achieve my goal of doing a show in the fall. I just have this drive and hunger right now. I literally finish a lift, and then feel sad that I don't get to lift the next day again lol. Love this feeling, and plan to continue to really push to get to where I want to be.

This is actually my log from yesterday, as I worked until 2 AM last night. Hit my last full body workout on my training regiment. Starting today, I started 2 days on one day off schedule. That includes an upper workout, a lower workout, and then a rest day. Very excited to get this new training schedule going. This last full body workout was a good one. I was able to hit new pr numbers on reps. I finally was able to get past 10 reps of 205, and I was able to hit 11 during this workout. I also upped the weight on my lower body movements, and still crushed the rep count. For hack squat, I upped the weight by 20 pounds from last time, and I was still out of the rep range. Feels good, I definitely feel so much stronger, especially my legs. I will be posting another log tonight for today's workout and macros.

I will now be posting my log a day after they happen. It just seems to work better that way, and I have a more complete view of how the day fully went. On this day I had my first training session on my new schedule. This was Upper day A. again, these first few workouts I will be getting a baseline on weight needed to get within the rep range. I stated above, the first working set is a heavy set with around 6-10 reps, and the 2nd working set is a "back off" set of around 15-25 reps. This new schedule is really nice, as opposed to doing full body workouts I have 1 thing set in my mind for that day, either upper or lower body movements. I can't wait to get in the groove and getting going on this schedule. The way I am , having 2 rest days in a row is hard for me to do lol. I Just want/need to lift weights. Two training days in a row I think is going to work out way better for me! I have reta coming in the mail, so I will be starting that soon as well @ 2mg per week.

This was my first day of lower body movements with my new workout split. Wow, hitting leg press then split squats, and then rdl back to back to back killed my legs for sure... in the best way possible. I love devoting a full day to legs now. I feel like I can absolutely crush them, and then I have 2 days rest before I hit legs again. I love how this new split is going so far, granted it is only the 2nd day of it. I think big gains are going to come from it! The plan right now is to finish leaning out, and then build like crazy from there. I will be adding in reta starting on monday. I have about 2 weeks left on Test/EQ cycle. After, I will be switching to Test/Mast.. but the doses will go way down in the beginning. I will see how the new compound is tolerated, and then doses will go up from there hopefully. Great start to 2026 already! Big things to come!

Big rest day right here. Not too much to go over here. A well deserved rest day (besides cardio) after killing it in the gym on my new workout schedule. I hit 45 minutes on the treadmill today. I'm absolutely loving 45 minutes instead of the 35 I was doing. I'm feeling really good at this point. Talked with my coach a little about the future. Soon, I will be switching to Test/Mast, and my doses that I will be starting with will be way down from where they are currently. I am looking at 300 test and 200 mast to start. Monday we will be adding in 2mg/per week of reta into the rotation. Looking forward to the gains and the future!
