Had Surgery yesterday/ can not train for at least 10 days UUUHHHHHGGGG

Bet the chicks dig those chipmunk cheeks lol. Heal up fast brother, and soon enough you should be able to go lift without blinding pain. Last year I had one tooth drilled and filled...and that was a real bitch as when I bench the pain amplified 1000x yikes!

The bit was one huge scary mofo just like the ones I have for my big cordless drill lol.

They are pleased how it all turned out for sure. Addressed my concerns with all the bruising on the left side vs the right. Guess I bled alot more on the left then the right which is why I look like shit.. LOLith
But all in all, they along with myself love the ending result. Now just waiting for the G2G to hit back in the gym so I can get my Mojo back. The NEW grill does look outstanding tho, I would almost say I am

.....by the way....I've been out-of-commission for the last week or so....contracted salmonella.....shit 15Xs in a single day last week.....lost about 10lbs so far.

i had that as a kid deans milk had big samonella outbreak in 1985, . was like fire coming out. everyone inhouse got it at same time 5 kids one parent my mom didnt drink milk so she didnt catch it. was horrible lasted about a week

Yeah...I had symptoms for 12-14 days. I wouldn't wish that on anyone....pure misery.
