Imagine my door light out I tripped in dark fell 7 steps on my hip concrete and somehow didn’t injure my surgery infact I now feel like I never had surgery totally normal post 6 weeks crazy

Ouch...very lucky you are there and I bet the surgeon did a solid job making sure the joint is secure.

He did absolutely but he’s not fond of physical activity says never training again despite much history of people doing all types training post hip replacement. There’s even book on subject “ Hips and martial arts “ . Several famous too , also weights but I’ll do what I feel . His job done so screw him
