Colon surgery

Hi fellas,

My significant other had to have a colectomy today (part of her colon removed).
Have any of you or your ladies had this done?
She’s had increasing constipation issues the past two years, and for the past few days had severe stomach pains. Worse than ever. We tried all self remedies for 3 days to alleviate it with no such luck.
Finally decided she may have appendicitis or diverticulitis, so we went to the er. They ran a CT scan which revealed her large intestine/colon was twisted and constricted. They did emergency surgery to remove a portion of it to fix her up. She’s recovering now as I type this.

Wondering if any of you have personal experience and how the results have been as time went by.

TB, Can't comment "specifically" on the matter, but I do know my family (if any hereditary , *sort of *) for lack of better words, is more prevelant than any other ailments.
Dad's mom , his sister (one of em' ) she had part removed
cancer i believe..?

I have on & off issues had been wondering same IBS, diverticulitis ...? But comes and goes { my issues}.

So, def will need to followup with a doc b4 too serious.

But just wanted to wish you /her a speedy recovery , and hope nothing too serious.

My ex had a portion removed just below where the appendix is due to appendix cancer. Had zero changes in diet or let’s just say “bodily functions”.

No wonder she had problems... But seriously my mom had a section removed for diverticulitis and has been great since. I lost a ten inch section when I was shot in the stomach, no issues. Can't tell any problems from that. I have internal scar tissue issues due to the gunshot but not with the colon. My brother in law has been in and out of the hospital for the last few years with similar problems as you describe. It keeps happening to him. But he has gotten by with no surgery so far. I think he might be better off if he went ahead since he's spent a combined few weeks in the hospital in great pain with it. Overall your woman's chances seem good in my experience.

My nephew had it.
The type that a pocket builds up and constricts the rest...
He was in his 20's still is this was around 3 years ago..
He now eats to keep pipes flushed.

Have her eat lots if fiber and veggies.
I used fiber and mineral oil when I had my hemeroid surgery last summer.
U still have trouble without fiber in diet enough.

On tren when i get high progest I get constipated, bile slows to empty stomach and acids have no room. Next comes bloat in abdomen. Protruding painful....

I Gotta puke up bile all of it empty stomach and gone....

Hormones especially progest and prolactin play big role in this. Especially with hgh raised prolactin with tren or a women with high levels....

Trust me I researched this check into it

Was having trouble with post my Wi-Fi resets every Sunday at home reboots!

Being we all love and into hormones I have look pretty deep and found that bile backup from stomach slowed to drain can cause some issues. Constipation sets in, next indigestion, next trapped gas with constipation and bloating in abdomen protruding and hard to touch hard to stand up straight.

As stated women get this some worse than others monthly when progest raises with cycle. My wife used to get it and have to puke then ok at week before mental bleed... approx....

I get same thing from slowed bile movements and when it gets bad is only with tren plus hgh so progest definately an issue.

Cabar cabar cabar.... then why is condition treated with Metoclopramide????

I know she had to remove area of colon but to prevent and heal I advise high fiber diet, NO ANTI ACIDS!!! Mineral oil!!
Keep using fiber and mineral oil till healed approx 2-3 weeks. Then eat diet high in fiber and everything that keeps pipes flushed.

If gas pain and bloating returns investigate progest and prolactin levels.
They may need to be regulated with female replacement hormones.
My sister had hysterectomy she is a Dr, she now gets testosterone pellets with other female hormones added with pellets and vitamin D etc....

I know I am bouncing into different places but giving hints where to look for issues others May have and to help u.

I've had issues with my stomach almost all my life. Have had 3 or 4 colonoscopy procedures, upper and lower gi procedures also. In high school I was diagnosed with IBS and took medication for it for years. Eventually it stopped working. I know just take a lot of fiber each day which seems to help. Lately things have been getting worse again though. Not going into details though. For now I'm just gonna deal with it though.

I think your wife will be doing much better once she recovers. It's really an annoying problem to have but I bet she is 100 percent better in a few weeks. Hoping for a speedy recover for her.

Does eating gluten free and/or organic products help? My mom does have some colon issues but not as serious as TB described so those products helped.

Fellas, there’s too many of you fuckers to reply to one by one. Just want to express that I sincerely appreciate all of the positivity and good vibes from each and every one of you.
And I appreciate those of you who shared your experience. It’s good to hear the feedback from others. Good stuff from you all.

Update: It’s been barely 24hrs post op. No complications. She’s real tender, particularly where they stapled her stomach back together. She’s doing well. Sipping down apple juice and broth. Up and doing some little walks around the hallways at hospital. She’s only using a small amount of pain med in the evening to help zone out and sleep a bit more easily.
And me, I miss her at home.... and of course eager to get back to fucking DAT Ass ASAP!!!! Lol. The good thing is, she’s eager for Dat Ass to be fucked again too! Motivation! ;-)
