Nice four egg omelette with some brussel spouts leaf beef cheddar cheese and and a side of coffee==

Fixed me a nice 5-6 egg scramble, with zhuchini, onion, Bella Mushrooms & some Turmeric.

Powdered turmeric, however it calls for fresh grated, as well as Shitake Mushrooms, & Parsley. As shown in the vid

Out thing I was missing is Shitake, fresh Turmeric, & Parsely, next time. & Maybe a little shredded Parmesan.
And some Idzekia bread if I can find it again.

Mmm...how many cals you slam down a day??

Nothing is very meticulously planned out yet, (no real consistency as of late ) but on average 6,000 easy, try for 7,000 + but mainly on training Day's, some days I won't even take in 5,000 tweaking things here & there as I go, as it is a real chore (and I've done it b4 )all.meals like clockwork I just don't have that liberty for the moment .

I guess you could say I'm winging it, used to eat the same thing day in & day out about 7,000+ 1lb beef, 1lb chx, 18 eggs every day plenty of Oats, Sweet potatoes & brown rice, fibrous veggies etc. & Weight gainers.

Still use em' & supplemental protien.

I've taken a liking to Pianas Real Food/Real Carb
& Besides the overnight oats [MENTION=1298]Roc[/MENTION] has mentioned (& so have I ) his concoction.

I'll take the Real Food (which is Pounded Yams,Sweet potatoes. & Oats as well & fruit , or flavoring ) I'll take a few scoops of that, ,and 1/4 cup or so quick oats some Almond milk whole egg/egg whites & a splash of coconut oil & make two huge Pancakes out of that, that was my Second breakfast today, or the carb portion of the egg scramble, two separate meals.

It's like a sweet potato /Blueberrie (when I have those ) & sliced bananas go in. Very moist cakey griddle cakes.

Thats alot of grub man!! That pancake sounds really good actually. Im a horrible cook man. I force myself to eat dry ass chicken with sauerkraut at times lol.
 
Had meself a shrimp buffalo omelette with blue cheese crumbles and a whole grain pancake with some blueberries.
 
Another three egg omelette with some chicken green beans, moldy colby jack at little sriracha and and a nice cup of joe....coffee==
 
8;00am breakfast 1 ;shake in my ninja.....froze banana blubrrys kale almnd milk 1/2 cup oats 1 whey prot grnd flax=apox 500 cals 28 prot.
10:00am ambreakfast 2 :5 eggs a bunch of Colby chse , brokli ,bell pepprs sliced ,refried beans and 1 biscuit and 1 oatmeal/protein dbol25/a drol12.5 muffin.= I guess 1000-1500 cals

Today I fried up a big piece of beef liver. Of course w/ onions. Dont have it often, but I like it on occasion.
W/ a glass of white wine. (Grew up w/ Italian Mom, so a glass of wine w/ SUN breakfast was always a thing).
