Went with my wife to a soap store. They had soaps and bath bombs that smelled so good. Pears and honey and fruits etc. I actually thought about how they tasted. Lol

Yes, lol I gave it my best. I'm going back to counting calories. And eating what's worked for me in the past.

Like a normal pathetic human.
TKD year round.

BUT, I used to eat nothing all day (including fasted cardio), lift 10 hours after waking up, and then eat 4,000 calories in one sitting. Best physique I ever had. Starve, lift, gorge.
