What do you have for breakfast today...

Handful of milk chocolate covered peanuts and peanut clusters. Glass of milk. 20oz coffee.
That was 5am. Tuesday is currently the one cheat day a week!
 
breakfast 1[froze banana fat free yogurt,kale almond milk, froze blueberrys , steel cut oats 1 cup , whry protein 1 serv.bcaa smoothie in my ninja , breafst 2 [6 egges assted vegs/melted cheder cheese and fried taters]
 
Three egg omelette with some ground beef and mixed some veggies in with it along with a little cheddar cheese. Also my staple apple with PB.
 
Whew....been a couple days. Lets see....1/26...the usual hot oatmeal and a couple scoops of whey with my staple apple and little PB.
 
1/27....had the nieces and nephews spend the night so I ate Mickey Mouse shaped waffles and no sugar added maple syrup. Had ta get the protein in me so I downed a whey shake with a bout 30G vanilla whey.

Waffles wern't too bad. Kids loved 'em so thats all that matters.:)
 
Today was a three egg omelette with smoke left over steak, peppers and onions with a cheddar cheese and my apple and PB...oh and ....coffee==
