I had read, I believe here.. someone had stated for doing VG , they layed in their side in a semi fetal position & "Boom* pops up a nice chunk of meat (meaty area ) VG or course to do his shot. Is been thinking of that since and have later there & it's true there is a nice thick near area there that presents itself note that standing..

I did this standing, but crouched to see if/where the muscle would pop up. 23 ga, 1" 3 1/2 cc

Yep, yep. I can see that, I just crouched in front if the mirror as if to make a "touch n go"...! Seen that BadBoy pop up, gave it a little pinch n poke around ( I've never, ever had it happen. , But I'm scared to death to hit bone or grizzle , & don't think i could ever do an articular Inj either..

So , just to make certain it was meaty , just kept track of it where I was crouching, swabbed (pin was already loaded ) from 20 min earlier.., weird, zero poke pain at all going in, maybe be a 22 would've Stung...?

Either way, shoulders have had a good break, but then the Buttocks take a beating.., so this is good.., I'll go back to shoulders as they've not been pinned in over a month.

I've done quads a few times 2 cc tops.. it is def different & don't really like it, but it's an option.
