Fasted weight came in at 226.6 this morning, a bit of a bounce back after being sick which is expected. Between rehydrating, getting real food back in, and the body normalizing again, that jump makes sense. Not concerned at all and actually a good sign things are moving in the right direction. Sleep was good at a little over 6 hours and I was able to get up normally and get ready for the gym without that drained feeling I had the past few days. Energy stayed good throughout the day and even though the pump was not at its peak yet, it was still solid in the gym. Food is definitely sitting better now and hunger is fully back which is a great sign recovery is complete. Looking forward to seeing how having more food back in me translates into a strong push day tomorrow.

Fasted weight came in at 231.1 this morning, which is definitely a big jump, but it lines up with finally being able to eat normally again while not going to the bathroom regularly over the past few days. Today I was able to go a few times and things feel like they are starting to normalize, so I am expecting that number to settle back down over the next couple of days. Not too concerned yet, just watching the trend. Sleep was ok at around 5.5 hours, but it was uninterrupted which made a difference. Got up early and made it in for a morning push session. Energy was fully there and the pump was great, but strength is still not quite back to 100 percent yet. Overall though it was a solid workout and feels good to be moving weight again consistently. Tomorrow is a rest day which will be perfect to focus on recovery and getting more sleep. I am also starting to think ahead and may begin tapering calories down slowly over the next two weeks, run a short cruise, and then push into getting summer ready.

Fasted weight came in at 229.9 this morning, down a little bit from yesterday which is good to see after that spike. Looks like things are starting to normalize again. Sleep was not great at about 5 hours and today I actually experienced GH side effects for the first time. Woke up with numb hands and stiff joints, it even hurt to make a fist which was not a great feeling. Honestly if today was not an active recovery day it would have made for a rough gym session. Instead I kept it simple and just did 30 minutes on the stairs at a steady pace. It has been hot out here and the garage was no exception, so I definitely got a good sweat in. Throughout the day I felt pretty sleepy from the lack of sleep, but oddly enough after work I caught a second wind and the tiredness faded off. Feels like one of those nights where I am going to sleep really well and finally catch up on some recovery.

Fasted weight came in at 230.4 this morning. That is right around the upper range of where I want to be right now. I think 235 is probably the absolute ceiling for this push, but realistically sitting around 230 while tightening things up is going to set me up really well for the next cut going into summer. Weight is trending exactly where I want it to be. Sleep was great at around 7 hours with about 5 of those on CPAP, and I could feel the difference right away. Today was just an overall great day. Got in a mid day back session and everything was clicking. Strength felt fully back and firing, mind muscle connection was on point, and the pump was excellent. Ran 20mg Cialis and 50mg Anavar preworkout and that combination had everything feeling dialed in. Honestly hard to go wrong with anything from US-Pharmacies. Left the gym feeling full and strong and ready to keep pushing. Already looking forward to getting back in tomorrow morning.

Fasted weight came in at 231 this morning, pretty much holding steady from yesterday which is exactly what I want to see right now. Sitting right in that range and letting things stabilize before making any adjustments. Sleep was not the greatest at about 5.5 hours, but I still woke up right when the alarm hit and got moving without hesitation. Got in a 5am shoulders and arms session and the pump was great. Even on shorter sleep days it feels like everything is still clicking right now. The rest of the day was packed. Busy with work and then headed to my daughter’s school for a daddy and me field day. Had to show up as the biggest dad there haha. She definitely pushes me to keep growing and that alone is motivation enough to keep pushing forward. Wrapped up the day with church group study, so by the end of it I was definitely feeling it. Ready for a rest day tomorrow, get some work done around the house, and focus on recovery.

Fasted weight was not recorded this morning, but overall it was a solid rest day. Sleep was good at a little over 7 hours and I was able to wake up naturally without an alarm which always feels better. Took the day to handle some things around the house and ended up detailing my wife’s car which was definitely overdue. Being out in the sun though drained me pretty quickly. It got hot fast this morning and working directly in it always seems to take more out of me than expected. After that we hit up Costco to stock up on meat, protein, and eggs and egg whites. It was tempting to grab a chicken bake on the way out, but with how packed it was we just left instead of waiting. Costco always seems crazy busy, honestly makes me appreciate how much easier it is to get in and out of Sam’s. Overall a great Saturday to reset, recover, and get ready to hit a push day before church tomorrow.

Fasted weight came in at 235.2 this morning, which is right at the limit I set for myself. Definitely a noticeable jump, but I am confident a good portion of that is water retention, especially with the GH sides I have been feeling lately. Hands have been getting numb and a bit stiff again which lines up with that. Sleep was alright at around 6 hours with about 4 of those on CPAP. Not perfect, but enough to get moving. Got in a solid early morning push session before heading to church with the family which always feels good getting it done early. The rest of the day was pretty chill, but I did feel a bit sleepy and the GH sides were noticeable again. With all of that combined, I think this is the right time to start pulling things back and transitioning into a cut. This bulk has been a great learning experience and I feel full, but I am ready to tighten things up and build out my cut for summer. This will be my first summer since my full transformation, so I am definitely excited for that. Plan is to drop test down to 200 and keep primo at the same ratio, so around 140, remove Ment, and bring GH down to 4iu nightly. I will also be kicking off the mito stack starting with SS31 and then layering in the rest after some time. Today marks the last day of higher macros before starting to taper things down.

Fasted weight came in at 235.5 this morning, basically holding right around yesterday’s number which is fine as I start this transition phase. With the recent changes and some water retention still in play, I expect things to take a few days to really settle. Sleep was great at about 7.5 hours with around 5 of those on CPAP. I did wake up a couple times during the night, but overall the sleep quality was still solid and I felt well rested. I chose to sleep in and go with a mid day workout instead, and that ended up being a great call. Had a really strong pull day, forearms were tight from the heavier work and biceps were fully pumped. Energy and mood stayed high all day which is a great sign as I start dialing things into this cut phase. Made the official protocol changes starting today. Reta is now at 6mg, Test down to 200, Primo down to 140, GH down to 4iu, and Ment is fully out. I am running SS31 for now before layering in the rest of the mito stack. Also added 250mcg of Cagrilintide and kept it low to assess response. I did notice a slight change in appetite and satiety but nothing too strong, so I will likely bump it up a bit. Macros came down slightly as well to start easing into the cut. Overall this feels like a really strong start to the next phase and I am excited to see how things progress.

Fasted weight came in at 232.4 this morning, a nice drop from yesterday which shows things are already starting to move in the right direction as the cut begins. Sleep was definitely lacking though at only about 4.5 hours with multiple wakeups to go to the bathroom. Even with that, it surprisingly did not affect my gym session much. Energy was still high, mood was good, and I was able to get through leg day without issue. The pump was not the strongest, but it was still there enough to get a solid session in. Where the lack of sleep really showed was later in the day. I ended up falling asleep on the couch while watching something, just could not help it. I did not get a real nap in though since dad and husband duties were calling, especially taking my little one to gymnastics. Definitely feeling it now and looking forward to getting a full night of sleep tonight. Tomorrow is a cardio day so I do not have to wake up early, which should help me catch up on some rest. Calories have come down slightly and it has not been too hard to stick to so far. Hoping the Cagrilintide really starts to kick in more as I continue to adjust macros downward.

Fasted weight came in at 230.8 this morning, a solid drop from where I was just a few days ago which is exactly what I was hoping to see as things settle and the cut starts doing its job. Feels like the water and digestion are finally normalizing and the body is responding well. Sleep was incredible at just under 8 hours with only one wake up, which made a huge difference in how I felt. I actually slept in thinking I would have time to get some cardio in, but that did not end up happening. Work was packed with meetings all day and once the afternoon hit, my wife was busy so it was all dad mode from there. Had to step in, finish a project, get dinner going, and take my little one to ballet. No downtime at all today, just nonstop moving. But that is how it goes and honestly I am blessed to be able to show up like that for my family. No gym today, but I am ready to get back in tomorrow morning and keep things rolling.

Fasted weight came in at 232.1 this morning, a small bump from yesterday but nothing out of the ordinary as things continue to fluctuate while the body adjusts to the cut and protocol changes. Sleep was great at a little over 7.5 hours and I can definitely feel recovery improving. I am curious how much of that is coming from the recent protocol adjustments because things do feel like they are trending in a better direction. GH sides are still there a bit, mainly in my hands and slightly in my knees, but they do seem to be improving which is what matters. Work has been busy with meetings and new projects, so I pushed training to the afternoon and ended up trying out a new gym. That meant figuring things out on the fly and running a slightly different chest routine based on what was available. Strength was still there and the pump felt really strong, so no complaints at all. Energy held up throughout the entire day even with everything going on, so overall a solid day. Looking forward to hitting shoulders and arms tomorrow.

Sleep was solid at about 7.5 hours with around 6 of those on CPAP, so recovery felt really good going into the day. Overall it was a very chill but productive day. Got a half day of work in and then headed to the gym for a shoulder session. Energy was high all day, pump was strong, and mood was great throughout. Those sessions where everything just feels smooth always hit different. After the workout it was straight into some Easter Sunday clothes shopping, then dinner, and wrapped up with Good Friday service at church. Definitely a full but good day all around. Tomorrow is a rest day so I am looking forward to getting another solid night of sleep and staying on track with recovery.

Fasted weight came in at 232.7 this morning, a slight drop from yesterday and continuing to trend in the right direction as things tighten up. Sleep was as good if not better than it has been lately. Since it was a scheduled rest day I was able to get close to 8 hours of sleep and almost the entire time was with CPAP. Definitely noticing the difference with how consistent sleep has been lately and I am all for it. Decided to switch things up today and went out for a jog instead of just sticking to typical cardio. It has been months since my last run, so I kept it simple and went a little over 2 miles at a steady pace. Honestly not bad at all considering the time off, and it felt good to mix that back in. I want to start sprinkling runs like that into the routine more often. The rest of the day was pretty chill, spent time with the wife and daughters, running around to a few stores getting last minute things ready for Easter tomorrow. Overall a really solid and balanced day.

Fasted weight came in at 227.5 this morning, a pretty noticeable drop from yesterday. Most likely from something not sitting well with my stomach last night which also carried over into my sleep. Definitely one of those situations where it is not a true drop, just the body reacting. Sleep took a hit because of that, but I still had to get up early for security at church for the first Easter service. Because of that, today turned into a full rest day. Energy was still good thanks to some caffeine, but what really stood out was the mental clarity and focus from a nootropic mix I put together. Ran Noopept, Sunifiram, Choline, and L-theanine together and that with caffeine had me dialed in all day. Everything felt sharp and smooth mentally.

Fasted weight came in at 227.7 yesterday morning. This is actually a post for last night’s missed log. Nice to see weight holding right around that range after the drop the day before, feels like things are stabilizing again. Sleep was great, one of those nights where everything lined up. Got a full night of sleep and almost the entire time was with CPAP, which made a big difference. Even with an early morning workout I felt fully rested going in. Gym session was solid, went with a shoulder focused push day and everything felt dialed in. Energy was high, pump was strong, and the lifts felt smooth. That carried over into the rest of the day too. Energy stayed high even with work being busy and jumping straight into dad mode right after. Had stuff to take care of with the girls and we ended up getting home pretty late. By that point I was just focused on getting to bed and recovering, so the log completely slipped my mind. Wont be forgetting to post tonights log though haha.

Fasted weight came in at 225.3 this morning, a noticeable drop from yesterday which makes sense considering how I felt last night. Sleep was rough. I got close to 7 hours total but it was heavily interrupted from stomach issues, something I ate definitely did not sit right and had me up multiple times through the night. Because of that I missed my usual early morning back session and opted for a mid day workout instead. That actually worked out since it ended up being my last day at that gym. My coach moved locations and the new gym has three spots and way better pricing, so I am not too upset about the switch. The day overall felt slow and mentally I kept wanting to sleep. Even just sitting there watching my little one at gymnastics I was fighting to stay awake. Luckily my stomach started to settle and I was able to eat without any issues later on. Also added SLU and MOTS-C into the mito stack today and still waiting on 5-Amino and Methylene Blue to come in so I can fully round it out. One big positive is that all the GH sides have gone away, so besides the stomach issue I am feeling good again. Now it is time to really start planning out this cut stack and get after it, will be my first time running Tren

Fasted weight came in at 224.4 this morning, continuing that downward trend which is exactly what I want to see as things tighten up. Sleep was solid and I woke up feeling refreshed, got close to 8 hours with just one wake up to hit the bathroom. Definitely noticing how much better everything feels when sleep is dialed in like that. Mood and energy were great all day. Since it was a rest day there was no pump, but I still stayed active with the family. Ended up taking my oldest daughter out for some ube treats and milk tea boba which pushed macros a bit higher than planned, but I am completely fine with that. Moments like that are worth it and I will just get right back on track tomorrow. Looking forward to an afternoon leg session and getting back under the weight.

Fasted weight came in at 225.3 this morning, holding right around the same range which is a good sign things are stabilizing as the cut continues. Sleep was very good with a little over 7 hours of uninterrupted rest and I definitely felt it. Woke up feeling refreshed and carried that energy through the entire day. Work focus was on point and everything felt dialed in mentally. Headed in for an afternoon gym session and this was day two at the new gym. I am really liking the change so far. Completely different equipment and overall vibe which makes training feel fresh again. The fact that I have access to all three locations has me excited to check them all out and rotate through them, not to mention its 24/7 access! Hit legs today and everything was firing. Strength felt strong and the pump had my legs feeling thick and full by the end of the session.

Fasted weight came in at 226.2 this morning, a slight bump but still sitting right in that stable range as things continue to level out. Sleep was not the greatest. My little one climbed into bed and she tosses around a lot, so it made it tough to get a solid night of rest. I was up a bit earlier than usual since it was my first morning session at the new gym and I wanted to get the timing down. Being 24/7 is a game changer. Walking in and getting straight to work without waiting for it to open is something I already know I am going to love. Got in a solid chest session and with all the different machines available I can already tell I am going to find some new favorites. Strength felt good and the combination of US-Pharmacies Cialis and Anavar had the pump feeling great. The rest of the day I had decent energy, but it definitely started to fade as the day went on from the lack of sleep and staying busy all the way through the evening. Tomorrow is a rest day but no sleeping in since I have a 6:30am tee time. The mood did take a turn during the day after finding out that a fellow USP teammate, Eric, passed away. He was a great guy with a lot ahead of him and gone way too soon. Prayers go out to him and his family. He will be missed.

Fasted weight came in at 226.9 this morning, a small bump but still holding right in that same range which is good to see. Went to bed later than usual staying up with the family, but sleep was pretty rough. The little one woke us up around 3am and on top of that my stomach felt a bit off. Still had to be up at 5am for an early tee time, so it was definitely one of those grind it out mornings. Even with all that, it turned into a really solid day. It was super windy so golf could have gone better, but I made the most of it and still got some good movement in. I jogged to and from the cart most of the round, so it ended up being a nice little cardio session on what was supposed to be a rest day. I was definitely tired throughout the day, but pushed through for the girls. Got some work done and then took them to watch the new Super Mario movie which made the whole day worth it. Ended up being one of those unexpectedly great days.
