Going hit arms right now.
I will start with triceps skull crushers then after getting those heavy on next tri exercises will blast tricep set then bicept set rest tri then bi all the way thru like that with all exercises!!!

Being triceps are bigger part of our arms I sort of load then first when combining back to back sets of both

The nolva at 10 mg a day doesn't hurt!!!
It's good for liver and lipids.
Nolva actually acts as an estrogen in our liver. And other areas SERM (selective)
