switch from the 22g to 25g

Not mine. Just avoid veins but mine are all visable.
I do the actual hip
It flows like butter in hips.
It's my glute that I cramp up from twist and reaching.
Gluteus medius in myself i can see triangle ventraglute the gluteus maximus.

I may be wrong but I hit all 3 of those spots per side and haven't rotated except side to side.

It's not a spot u wanna find unless lean enough to feel 2 bones that are pinned between
