Painful/ uncomfortable pumps...

Anything you guys do to help stop or at least combat pumps you get on cycle? On a all red zone cycle right now (test/tren/m1t) and get constant painful shin pumps just from walking, jaw pumps just from eating, and these crazy shoulder pumps anytime i lift anything lmao I’m hoping there’s some secret trick out there you guys do to help lol thanks guys...
 
M1T is know for back pumps and at times can be pretty severe. I would suggest that you stay well hydrated. I work my skin splints out by doing HIT intervals. Sorry I couldn't give you better answers.
 
personally ive just come to accept it as part of the game, like PIP... but maybe for your back you could try foam rolling it?
 
Embrace the Pump man Use it as a guide to know when enough is enough. Also try a good belt and keep your abs tight every time a weight is in your hands
