My road to glory part 1

Ayooo what up guys today was a big day for me so let’s break it down. Still no cardio equipment at the house so fasted cardio is still on the back burner for now. Tuesdays are my check in days with my coach so always an important day for me but today was especially important. Today I officially move from the trt crowd and am starting my first official cycle ever. I can’t begin to explain how excited I am and can’t wait to see the progress I’ll make considering I’ve built a decent physique without any gear and have only been on trt for 9 weeks. Super exciting and get ready for everything to blow up from here on, we’re locked in baby. Let’s have this push phase officially start. Currently sitting at a lean 168 abs visible and all that so we’ll see where we go from here.
Today was a nice push day and we improved the logbook in a couple areas, small wins everyday add up!
Day 2 push

  • Machine prime lateral raise 3x10-15
  • Hammer strength incline 2x8-12
  • Db flat bench 3x8-12

Food will stay the same as we add in/up compounds and not do too much all at once

Possible changes in the future I may be coming off Reta completely soon and swap it for mots c. We will wait and see what coach says come next week

Let’s just hope that doesn’t mean recovery has gone down which is possible as I haven’t been sleeping well these past 3 nights running on 6 hours is sleep or so which is not optimal at all but that’s how it is sometimes. I’ll chalk it up to I did the damn thang yesterday though bc it was a great one the pumps were crazy (that cialis pump is no joke). Tonight is pin night for me now that I’ve decided to give EOD shots a try per my coaches suggestion to save my pin sites over the long term and still have stable levels, anyway that’s exciting for me still since it’ll be my second injection on my new cycle. Food was pulled back a bit today since it’s an off day and I don’t need those extra 500ish calories we pull out.

What’s up my dudes here today on my least favorite day of the week, rest days. Feeling a little water heavy today so starting off with some light fasted cardio this morning. Even though it’s an off day i still want to be moving and active. Trying to hit at least 10k steps a day rn. This weekend could have gone better as I got really snacky the last two nights and didn’t have the discipline I usually do and cheated on my diet with small handfuls of food here and there but that’s a bad habit I need to break before it causes some problems for me. I want as long of a push phase as possible so gotta minimize outside calories and stay lean as possible while pushing up. Today’s meal plan drop cals/carbs down to compensate for the lack of training since I won’t need the extra fuel on days like today. Can’t wait to be back in the gym tomorrow to destroy legs, hope everyone has a good Sunday and get a lift in for me!

What are you gaining from the Cialis ? I've heard about it being used before but never knew why.
Cialis is primarily a blood flow medication so it’s makes you have crazy pumps and vascularity! If you haven’t tried it I’d strongly suggest starting out 10mg a day, game changer. USP is my hookup for it 🔥
 
Let’s go my people it’s Monday and we’re back where we want to be…IN THE GYM! Picked up the elliptical yesterday but it’s got a minor problem I need to fix and wasn’t able to last night so no fasted cardio this morning but hopefully we’ll be back at it this week. Mondays are usually blah days for most of us but it went by super fast for me today which was nice since I was itching to get a lift in. Weight is still a bit high after the midnight munchies over the weekend which has led me to a decision that wasn’t easy to make but I’m going to stop smoking weed all together. I love it but the cravings and munchies only increase the hunger I already have and I can’t control it anymore so that’s done this week as soon as I run out. Hoping to be about 170 for tomorrow’s check in with coach so we’ll wait and see. Today’s leg day was epic though, had some crazy leg pumps and could barely walk straight at times. Kinda hoping I’m a bit sore tomorrow bc damn do I feel like I did the damn thang today. Pretty sure we increased weights on every exercise almost. The cycle is cycling.

What’s up my fellow swolediers today’s Tuesday so you know we’re coming correct with a nasty push day pump. Currently I’ve been doing some light pt work on some nagging shoulder issues which are getting better and today the shoulders felt nice and loose and healthy. Made for a great workout today. Had to work around a sore injection spot on my delt from last night which was annoying but didn’t impact performance. Started off with some band and mobility work like always and warmed up my shoulders right which makes a huge difference. Still working on the elliptical so fasted cardio is out likely until the weekend when I have some free time to mess with it. Weirdly enough though cardio is almost more successful later in the day when it comes to getting to zone 2 cardio. Early mornings my heart so stubborn it barely gets past 110 bpm but I can do the same exact cardio later and hit 130 with the same variables. Maybe it’s just giving full time for the Clen to kick in is the difference 🤷🏾‍♂️. Check in with coach today went smooth and we’re currently leaving everything as is for now since progress hasn’t stalled. Bummer bc I always want some more food added in but I’ll survive. Great workout today and we pushed it to a great spot although I was a bit weaker this week but nbd it was barely noticeable mainly just burned out quicker. Could be bc sleep wasn’t that great. Got 7.5 hours but I woke up probably 7-8 times so not very restful.

Yo what’s up guys it’s hump day and I’m feeling a little bit of that mid week work fatigue today but we still get after it, NO EXCUSES. Still no elliptical setup so working on that when I have time really just need to get one piece re attached and it’ll hopefully work when I plug it in, needed a new power cord and haven’t tested that out yet either. Today was a blur tbh it went by quick and I was just along for the ride but that’s nice when work floats by. Hunger was up alot today and I was pretty hungry only an hour after my second meal of the day. Weight was a bit down today again so I have a feeling next week as long as I don’t cheat on my diet and gain weight well increase the food up some which would be amazing. Currently on 4 meals a day but if we were to add a 5 small meal that’d be tits. We’ll see when we get there I guess, in the meantime I’m locked tf in. Feeling a bit tired today as I said so some of my sets were a bit lower than last week but not by much so no harm there. All in all solid workout and I feel like I’m “feeling” my lower lats activating more which is pretty dope.

What’s going on guys time for a late post for yesterday (Thursday) sorry about missing a log but off days throw my routine off and sometimes I forget to post. Nothing much to report though a pretty easy straightforward day. It’s my last day of work before a 4 day weekend which will be nice to catch up on some things around the house and some quality sleep! Still planning on tinkering with the elliptical this weekend so we’ll see on that front. No cardio or lifting for me today just my 10k steps goal which I complete at work pretty easily. Having a strange lingering intermittent pain in my right shoulder today hopefully I just slept funny on it and won’t need any further downtime on it. Off days for me mean less calories so they always suck! Only 500 calories in the form of carbs but man does it make a difference, ya boy is hungry on training days so off days are worse for sure. Weight is still holding steady no increases over the last 4 days so def feel as long as I stay locked in until check in coach will up my food to hopefully see small scale changes in the right direction for this push phase. I’m currently weighing the same as when I started the push phase 2 weeks ago but I feel body comp has improved so that good. I’ll catch you all on the flip side tomorrow for my favorite workout of the week legs/push day.

Happy Friday everyone and fridays are one of my favorite days for lifting bc I’m coming off a rest day ready to go and it’s more of a full body day being legs/push giving some wicked full body pumps and I always feel accomplished on days like today. It’s the weekend for me starting this morning so I was able to hit my fasted cardio after some important bloodwork. Need to get my thyroid in check and get my tsh back into acceptable range, nothing new I’ve been hypothyroidism since a teen but it’s been well managed up to now when it wants to do some wacky ahit all the sudden. Mainly trying to get ahead of the curve before it causes real issues so working with my coach on that since our great healthcare system won’t do shit until I’m actually suffering, so annoying but whatever I’ll get it handled. Also had my last pt session for my left shoulders nagging issues. Basically at a point where there’s not much more they can do bc everything works well it just gets clunky and really tight at times. I’m planning to get a mri done to make sure I don’t have any real damage or old injuries from over the years. Today’s workout was a blast though. I was worried bc I was lacking motivation but as soon as I moved that first weight that inner demon kicked in and we were ripping through the workout. Solid gains today and pushed weights on a few exercises and got a great workout in can’t complain with that! Back to training day meal plan today 🙏🏾 so eating is good. Weight still holding steady with no change.

What’s up everyone I hope you’re having a good weekend and killing your lifts! Today was my last workout of the week and it’s a pull day. Really trying to build some back thickness and lower lats so I always stay extra focused on days like today. Hit my fasted cardio this morning which was a breeze (30 minutes elliptical) which is part of my 5x30 cardio routine for the week rn which is wayyy easier than the 90 minute sessions I was doing 2 months ago. Worked on my at home cardio setup today and got the elliptical up and running and a tv to stream on while I hit my cardio. Pretty excited to get to using it during the work week. Feeling a bit concerned bc my weight is going down when in reality it should be moving up slowly, I’m back down to the weight I was 2 months ago before the reverse diet. Abs are popping and I’m feeling peeled but not the goal rn. This push phase will last until June and I want to pack on as much lean tissue as possible. I have a strong feeling coach is gonna up my food come check in on Tuesday. Stopping smoking weed and constantly doing little snacks is showing and we need to fill the void with proper planned food to move forward. Today’s workout went really well and I had some nasty back and bi pumps to show for it. Shoulders felt great today and everything is going smoothly.

What’s going on everyone sorrry again for the late Sunday post like I said rest days throw me off! Yesterday was a major chill day and we really soaked up some r&r time. Got my meal prep done for the week and all my food cooked up and ready to go which is a game changer for anyone who hasn’t tried it. Makes the work week much more efficient and the diet becomes even easier. Worked on my home cardio setup and got it hooked up! Got my walking treadmill and elliptical set up in front of a 50 inch tv so that’ll be hella nice instead of using my phone. Also working on getting a good lighting setup for at home progress pics which will be really nice as well. Weights still trending down which is a concern considering I’m in a push phase right now so the opposite should be happening. Check ins are on Tuesday with coach so we’ll see what he suggests. Got my steps in for the day and then some bc I was feeling a bit restless so I accidentally overdid steps by 5k watching tv and walking with the new setup lol oops def not productive to gaining mass but it was only one day. Got tomorrow off thanks to the great mlk jr so that’s always welcomed. Tomorrow is leg day and we plan on crawling our way out of the gym especially since I’ve got no other obligations. Yo what’s up gym family it’s a new week and we’re back in the gym where I want to be today. Today was a brutal leg day and possibly my roughest one in awhile and it feels great! Really been focusing on my muscle contractions and feeling out each of my reps. Been really focused on tempo and full rom with pauses at the top of the reps when I can. Makes for some crazy pumps and my legs don’t wanna work right afterwards lol. Riding this workout high and we’re gonna continue to try and replicate this on every muscle group moving forward. No matter how long you’ve been in the game there’s always room for improvement and that’s what makes progress. Reps and or weight is increasing without sacrificing form and that’s how you drive hypertrophy. Crazy thing about it is I slept like dog shit last night and still performed at top levels today. Speaking of which I think the culprit of my sleep issues is I’m a night time injection guy and the Masteron is not allowing me to reach deep sleep and I also think it’s making me expel more water as well which doesn’t help going to pee 6-10 times a night or I’m up every hour in general which all started with this cycle. That being said starting tomorrow morning I will switch to am injections even though that means I’ll need to get up even earlier! 4 am here I come 👎🏾. Morning fasted cardio is officially a go again as well since I got my setup going this weekend. Check ins are tomorrow so I’ll keep you guys posted on any changes as I suspect there will be a few since I’m weighing in lower than I have in years and lower than I was during my cut by a few pounds. No bueno bc I’m actually in a push phase so we want the opposite to be happening. On the bright side I’m looking peeled which is pretty dope.

But first gotta say my coach giving me compliments on my physique felt next level good. He knows what to look for and he’s saying my transformation so far is night and day difference. I may weigh the same but my body comp is totally different and he told me “holy shit you look like a bodybuilder now” this means a lot because we’re only about 2 months in and already seeing drastic changes. Feeling highly motivated to keep moving in the right direction and see what I’m capable of by the end of this push phase come June! Now for the changes we’re implementing. Firstly food on training has been increased by 320 calories and rest days increased by 420 calories. Ya boy gonna be eating good now. Then we are also increasing gear from 80mg test E EOD and 100mg mast P EOD to 100mg test E EOD and mast P 140mg EOD. So big changes on the way let’s see where we can go from here! Today was push day And we hit it hard. Who doesn’t love a good push day. Felt a bit weak and tired today but still performed very well and that’s what makes the difference, do what needs to be done not what you want to do.

  • Bilateral tri ext 3x12-20
  • Do three pushdowns 2x10-15
  • Rope ab crunch 3x15-20

What’s up my dudes im joining yall today with an updated meal plan and gear protocol so you know today’s lift was crazy. These extra carbs have me feeling hella full and the pumps/strength today was crazy and what better than a pull day to test the waters. We pushed up the diet with an extra 300 calories on training days of all carbs to really fuel some more growth. Rest days were also increased by 500 calories from 1500 which was a bitch, I can’t lie im happy for more food! Now for gear we made some small adjustments still on eod protocol but test E moved from 80mg to 100mg and mast P from 100mg to 140mg. Really excited for what’s to come based on the progress I’ve already made and can’t wait to bring you all along the way to see what’s next! Today’s meal plan (training days meal plan)
Meal 1

  • 200g egg whites
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 English muffins
  • 100 g strawberries


Preworkout meal

  • 40g whey isolate
  • 100g blueberries
  • 80g oats with a tablespoon of cinnamon, 2 stevia packets
  • 20g peanut butter


Meal 3

  • 150g chicken
  • 100g green beans
  • 220g jasmine rice


Meal 4

  • 150g 96/4 ground beef
  • 100g blueberries
  • 100g zucchini
  • 300g white or sweet potatoes

What’s up guys we’re here on a boring day but one that’s important, rest days. Not much to report today but I’m kinda glad it’s a rest day bc I was feeling pretty tired today even though I slept well so that’s a sign I needed the rest. We often push it to the limits and overdue it which can cause more harm than good. Happy that food was upped on my rest days starting this week bc 1500 cals was brutal at times (thank god for Reta) but now I’m off the Reta and foods upped so I’m a happy camper. Tomorrow is back to the grind stone with a push/leg day combo which is up there with one of my favorite workouts of the week bc it’s super satisfying getting a full body pump. Plus tomorrow I’ll be rested and full of food to really push my limits and maybe hit some rep PRs while we’re at it.
