Talk about low carbs my head hurts I'm grumpy the pump juice helped me with the gym or no way I could power threw that much cardio with no fuel
 
How long do you stay that low ? When I was in my 20s id compete aiways rotated my carbs never lower then 80 day and my fibers showed through my pecs an tris and that was prior to discovering the joys of cycles lol

One or two days tops depending on my cheat meal that week
 
Then you go back to carbs that's rotation proven over time the body gets tricked and won't slow the fat thermostat this was . When you get down you add one cheat meal like pizza or linguini and Seafood sauce to help reset the metabolism . Yours is very intense how quickly does yield results can you shared the whole patern thanks

Ah name your favorite cheat meal - shessh im twitching getting flashbacks lol contest my last one 1984 lol I recall I'd live for the next meal 3 hours later that's natty back then too! Actually I find I harder to diet on gear due to hunger from compounds

Sorry been super busy it's just how I diet results come fast and just get harder muscle I have cheat meals on a reg 1-2 times a week it normally my off day so I don't log it but normally pizza meat. Or fried food like country fried steak
 
Mountain- now I'm super hungry lol between you and the Outback Steakhouse ad I just saw lol
