On my 1st time trying low dose HGH (2 ius / day).. I am taking 1st thing in the AM around 7am... I see lots seem to do cardio right after pinning so I plan to hit the ellipical after pinning for 30min, but how long should I try to wait before I eat? Lots seem to talk about a morning fast after morning dose. thanks HCU

If you're just doing a morning fast: just wait an hour.
If you're trying to do intermittent fasting you need to wait until 12. Which no one here is likely to support.
But with a TKD you'd wait until noon, eat lunch, workout later that day, immediately eat a shit ton of calories, then go to bed 1-3 hours later.
