I’ve tried every protocol out there except iv. If your looking for muscle mass it has to be 10iu plus after the workout and In That muscle trained, I saw the biggest gains this way. If your looking for fat burning, 5iu or less first thing in the morning followed up with a high fat meal 45mins after the gh shot, this will keep you ramped all day. If you want to take it to the next level, add slin and gh will go into a whole new area and work the best. Some sware by only doing gh with slin, I agree and disagree. Yes it will make the gh do more but I won’t tell anyone you must do slin and see the dude cash out and hurt himself. Saying all this, the best is if you can do two gh shots, one ASAP when u wake up and another one early afternoon, for fat burning and 10 plus after the workout for muscle mass.
for the new guys trying this, yes you will swell up in ur feet and hands but stay with it and the sides will fall off, but the carpel tunnel will always stay with you!! I haven’t felt my hands in a good 7-8 years
Roc, have you experimented with taking your HGH with peptides like GHRP-2 and Mod GRF129?
I know Rambo has stated in the past in other threads here on HCU that he has and liked the results but I don't believe he takes as high HGH dosages as you for comparison of the high hgh dose vs moderate hgh dose with high pulses from peptides.
Interested to here you outlook on it.
