Who uses 2-3 iu's of GH alongside moderately dosed AAS with success? Increased muscle mass and lower bodyfat (or at least help with prevention of accumulating bf)?

I'm coming off of a long cut, transitioning into a long recomp.
.currently off cycle for the next 6 weeks then just going back on lower dose test and deca. I want to run some GH at 2-3 iu's to aid in muscle mass and lower bf...

Is it worth the money and effort?

I ran GH for 8 months last year. I played with the dosage. 2 up to 5 down to 3. The GH I had was ok, not top shelf by no means. Even at 3 iu's per day I could still get some good benefits for fat burning. I say go for it.

So at 3iu's you saw some fat loss?

Do you think you benefitted from hyperplasia as well?
 
Anything from Mid-quality (acceptable) generic on up, at lower dose WILL most definitely benefit you in keeping leaner, as well as benefit lean tissue when kept in positive nitrogen balance (anabolic) with Test and/or other nitrogen retaining / protein sparing compounds at conservative doses.
2.5-3.3iu daily is very beneficial. I’m a strong proponent of running lower end doses of gh alongside AAS.

I’ve tried every protocol out there except iv. If your looking for muscle mass it has to be 10iu plus after the workout and In That muscle trained, I saw the biggest gains this way. If your looking for fat burning, 5iu or less first thing in the morning followed up with a high fat meal 45mins after the gh shot, this will keep you ramped all day. If you want to take it to the next level, add slin and gh will go into a whole new area and work the best. Some sware by only doing gh with slin, I agree and disagree. Yes it will make the gh do more but I won’t tell anyone you must do slin and see the dude cash out and hurt himself. Saying all this, the best is if you can do two gh shots, one ASAP when u wake up and another one early afternoon, for fat burning and 10 plus after the workout for muscle mass.

for the new guys trying this, yes you will swell up in ur feet and hands but stay with it and the sides will fall off, but the carpel tunnel will always stay with you!! I haven’t felt my hands in a good 7-8 years

That all sounds a bit extreme for the interests he's asking. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think he wants to be a Roc... just wants to get lean benefits and still be able to see some gains with low dose alongside a little test and deca barbell22

I hear ya, i included across the board, 3 different ways, low dose imo will only be fat loss, I guess if you plan on staying on 2-3iu for 10 years you would see some small muscle gain.

I appreciate the detailed response man.

I am not going to spend enough to pump 10 ius each day...but 3 ius is doable and should help with fat loss. I will rely on training, nutrition and AAS for the muscle gain.

I would love to see what I could do with 10ius/day though lol!

I think my response has been taken the wrong way...... I’m saying where you see the most muscle gain is 10iu plus, the major fat loss I have seen is below 5iu and splitting my dose in two injections, once ASAP in the morning and another shot mid afternoon. In ur case, 3iu is fine for fat loss but I wouldn’t expect much in the muscle building end of it unless your on gh for a long time. Make sense??

No no I totally understand man. You're simply listing the different methods you've seen/tried and what each illicited.

I appreciate the insight.
 
Hyperplasia DOES take place at low dose, 2.5-3.3iu GH use. That's part of what GH does, how it works. It promotes new cells (unlike AAS speculatively), but the new cells are tiny microscopic in size and take a long time for hypertrophy to take place. But in all reality, we do get "muscle growth" from low dose GH use. It's cell production is a part of the process of how we experience increased recovery while using it. Larger cell production occurs with large dosing (10, 20+iu), but those doses aren't practical nor even realistic for the majority of us users.
5-8iu users if training, nourishing, and resting well, will experience noticeable increased hypertrophy. 2.5-4.0iu users (the vast majority of us) will experience increased recovery, energy, and leanness.
10iu+ users, and, those who use slin concurrently will experience the most dramatic effects from GH use.

But is it enough effortless fatloss to justify the money spent?

Roc, would 2-3 I us of quality GH enhance the effects of any AAS added in?
