Man, what a great workout today. I had an upper workout, and man did we start off on fire! I hit 225 for 10 reps on flat bb bench! That is a new record for me. I can remember to when I first started to really lock in a couple of months ago... 225 was hard to get any reps. I am amazed at my strength increases so far, especially with legs, so it is good to see some real strength gains on upper body movements as well. I also really enjoyed the underhand bb rows. I could definitely feel muscles working that haven't been engaged in a while, if ever lol. I am excited to see where this new workout plan takes me. Like I have said previously... tomorrow I will be starting 2 mg of reta per week. I am excited to get actually lean for the first time in my life. I plan on bringing out clear definition in all parts of my body, while gaining size as we go! Really excited for these next couple of months. I have a check-in with my coach coming up on Tuesday, and a change of cycle will be happening after blood work in about 2 weeks. Dropping the EQ and adding mast. I will be starting with pretty conservative doses to begin with, and upping as we go! Looking forward to the gains and sharing this continued journey with all of you!

Today was another lower body workout. Again, huge strength increases. New pr on leg press at 847 for 8. I really surprised myself with this one. Probably over 10 years ago now, I flipped in a car... and the day after the accident I was paralyzed from the waist down. This lasted only a couple days, but the lasting effects from this were real. It took me years to be able to bend down in a catchers position again. Being able to lift heavy with my legs is truly amazing to me. I thought heavy lifting with my legs was over. I'm so happy i'm back at it and able to do what I love!

Today was another well deserved rest day. With hitting new pr's on lifting days... my rest days are becoming vital. I get just enough relaxation and recovery in between my 2 lifting days, which is great. Today we started our retatrutide @ 2 mg per week. First injection was done subq in my stomach area... which is where I also do my daily GH injections. Not too much to talk about today. We hit all of our macros and were strict, as usual, on what foods were consumed. I had the closing shift today which was from 6pm to 1:30 am. I am super stoked about my jaguars winning the AFC south, and hopeful on our playoff run! Big upper body workout tomorrow, which is also check in day. I am excited to send over my check-in pictures to my coach, as we are making good progress weekly now! Below are some pictures from after my cardio session. I am practicing poses.

Thank you! Yeah i take 50 mg pre workout, and 50 mg pm. Around 10-12 hours apart. I have 10 days left, and then I’ll be dropping the EQ and var and adding mast. Test dose will be lowering as well. Ill be at 350 test e per week, 210 mast p per week, 8 iu gh daily, and 2mg reta per week. With bpc sprinkled in as needed. Blood work also in 10 days

Amazing leg day today! We have bumped up to 3 working sets instead of 2. The first 2 sets will be heavy 6-10 reps, and the 3rd set a "back off" set of 15-25. My legs have honestly never felt better. Weight is going up in all of my lifts, especially legs. I feel really good. I had a check in, and my photos from that check in will be attached below. When I wake up in the mornings now, I am able to see veins going through my abs now. I just started reta, so I don't think it's from that yet, but the Growth hormone is working wonders so far! I feel like the addition of the reta will only super charge the process of getting lean. I will be working out again the next 2 days, so that I will have Saturday as a rest day this week. Saturday is a long day of work this week, so I had to make some adjustments to my schedule in order to not miss a lift (which I hate doing lol). Big Upper body lift tomorrow! will check back in then!

Instead of taking a rest day today, I decided to workout today and tomorrow and rest Saturday. Saturday is a long work day for me, so a rest day makes the most sense to me. I did not want to lose a lift, so I had to make a little change. What a great upper body workout today! I have moved to 3 working sets instead of 2. We are going heavy, heavy, back off for sets. Strength has recently shot up! I love to see the weekly improvements on the numbers. I absolutely love this new workout schedule. I made a quick little stop at Costco and picked up some of the essentials (pictured below). With the reta added in this week, I can already feel the appetite suppression effects from it. I am still getting all of my macros needed, but I no longer am so hungry and want to snack at night time, which is great! Monday will be injection number 2 of reta. I now have 10 weeks left on this current cycle, and then we will be lowering test in half, and adding in 210 mg of mast p a week. Can't wait to see what this year has in store! Also had a touch down of the test E from Us-pharmacies.net i will be switching to from cyp. Big shout out to US-pharmacies for always providing top notch product for a great price! Every compound i've used from them has been so clean and smooth!

Man, I am really starting to feel the effects of the Retatrutide kicking in. My appetite is way down, and it is actually difficult to finish all my scheduled meals now. When i wake up in the morning I am seeing more and more veins running through my abs, and down my pelvic region. I love it! I am really making some strides in becoming more lean! Everything is planned out for the next portion of my journey with my compounds switching over from EQ to Mast. I decided on switching from test cyp to test enanthate. Like I said yesterday, doses will be going down. The plan is to be on compounds through the summer, so doses need to be lowered in order to do that. Blood work is coming up in about a week now! Looking forward to seeing where everything is. I am expecting some readings to be a little skewed due to the 6 weeks of Anavar added at the end of this cycle. I think it is a good way to get a reading on how my body reacted to the Anavar. I will be getting blood work done again 6 weeks after to make sure everything is back to baseline. I think it is a good idea to keep up to date on blood work and to see how my body personally reacts to these different compounds. Today's lift was a great lower body lift! Like usual, numbers are only going up and strength is increasing. I switched from BPC in the knee to the left shoulder. My knees are no longer bothering me, and i slightly tweaked my left shoulder yesterday while doing DB shoulder presses. My shoulder did feel fine today though!

Worked a pretty long day today at my job. Took a much needed rest day! Still got to the gym after work for some cardio, abs, and calves. I think i'm going to start working my lifting schedule around Saturdays, since Saturday is the hardest day for me to get to the gym. A huge shout out to the US-pharmacies community! I was selected as sponsored athlete of the month! I was definitely not expecting that! Man from what i was like a couple years ago, to what I am now is a vast and huge difference! I am so proud to be a part of the USP family! The guys over there have my back, and are so full of knowledge. This transformation would not be possible without my coach @eazy! Ever since i linked up with him, things have really shifted into high gear! Huge changes have come just in these first 2 months, and that is why i am so excited to see what the future holds! Still plan on getting on stage late this year. This journey has only just started!

Another great lift today! Today we had upper body movements (my favorite)! The mind/muscle connection is really peaking at the moment. I am feeling every fiber in my muscles working. Visually improvements are happening so fast now! I feel more and more lean every morning I wake up! I'm seeing veins running through my abs, and straight down the top of my legs now. I was talking with my coach today about how I'm thinking in 2 months I will look totally different again... just like how I am different from 2 months ago. Everything feels like it is totally clicking right now! I am excited to switch over compounds from EQ to Mast in the next 10 days or so. It will be a decrease in total mg's, but I feel like this is something i can pretty much coast on for a while and stack up the gains. Another bb flat bench pr today! We hit 235 for 7, which is a new personal best! I feel like these pr's are coming every week. I am completely dedicated to this lifestyle, so I feel like the momentum cannot be stopped at this time! Big leg day slated for tomorrow!

Started off with a great Lower body workout today! I'm not going to lie, hip thrusts are a new one for me.. lol. My leg press has become very strong! I am at 847 for 8. The leg press fully maxed out on weight is 887, so I'm almost there! There is going to be a time and point where I may have to upgrade gyms, lol. One of the main set-backs is that the dumbbells only go up to 75's. I can definitely make it work for now though, it is the most convenient gym for me to get to to be honest. I made the decision today that it will be my last day taking the anavar. I will be stopping the anavar tomorrow, and we have exactly 9 days left on the test/eq cycle. At the end of those 9 days, it will be a full 18 weeks on. I will be dropping the test dose from 700 a week to 350 per week. I will be dropping the 300 EQ, and adding 210 mast p per week. GH and reta will remain the same. I also decided to switch from test cyp to test enanthate. I want to give a big shout out to US-pharmacies.net for making this experience go so smoothly, and providing a high quality product for a great price! I am really looking forward to these next few months, and I can't wait to see what progress we can make. my check-in with my coach went smoothly, and no changes are going to be incorporated this week.

Today was a rest day. Still got to the gym and hit my 45 minute cardio session though! Also added some abs and calves at the end! Today, i decided to take the anavar out a week early. I just want to have my system clear of that before I get my blood work in a week. 8 days left until we switch up the cycle to mast/test. Already got my US-pharmacies product on hand! The reta has really made it easier to not want to snack on junk at night time, and that was my main issue with hunger. I am seeing more and more veins/cuts daily!
