So at 23%bf, that's over 50lbs of fat. On a 5'11" frame, that's alot. I would just focus on keeping your muscle, and trimming down.
And thus is all based on if you actually want to compete. If you don't want to compete, fuck it, rods and food all day.

Ok heavy test cycles are out of the questions with 50lbs of fat to lose your e2 will be hard to dial in. How many cycles have you ran?
