Front Squats
Bar warm up 15 reps
135lbs 10 reps
225lbs 8 reps
315lbs 3 reps
335lbs 2 reps
355lbs 1 rep after a hesitant quarter rep. New PR!
Because of work and life I only had about 20-25min today for the gym.
I can tell from switching to front Squats my quads are definitely responding.
