Front Squats
Bar warm up 15 reps
135lbs 10 reps
225lbs 8 reps
315lbs 3 reps
335lbs 2 reps
355lbs 1 rep after a hesitant quarter rep. New PR!

Because of work and life I only had about 20-25min today for the gym.
I can tell from switching to front Squats my quads are definitely responding.

Scale this morning showed I was weighing 185lbs.
Pre workout 50mg/Alpha Pharma Test Prop and Prokor Testabol 135mg. Smooth ass pin literally.
Superset deadlift and bench press
Deadlift 135lbs 10 reps
Bench press 135lbs 12 reps
Deadlift 225lbs 10 reps
Bench press 225lbs 10 reps
Deadlift 315lbs 5 reps
Bench press 275lbs 5 reps
Deadlift 365lbs 3 reps
Bench press 295lbs 3 reps

Deadlift 385lbs 1 solid rep with a good pause/lockout at the top
Drops set 365lbs for 1 reps, 315lbs for 5 reps, finishing with 225lbs 10 reps

Bench press I dropped the weight to 225lbs but man my chest was shot I barely got it off the rack and did a quarter rep and doesn't count so I dropped to 135lbs and finished 12 reps but man literally chest strength was shot.

Seated closed grip cable row with seated chest press machine.

160lbs 10 reps

Chest press
100lbs 20 reps
145lbs 12 reps
160lbs 10 reps
Drop set 130lbs 12 reps

Incline hammer press

This one started to bother my bad shoulder so I moved to seated chest press machine superset with machine dips 3 sets 15 reps each.
Machine flys 50 reps 100lbs

About 5'10.5" or 5'11" depends on which gas station I'm walking out of haha!
Looking lean bro you have a long torso how tall are you?

cool, I'm 6'2-6'3 at 185lbs. Got a boxing match in 3 months in the 175lb 80kg class out here. Gonna have to do a water cut the day before at weigh ins.
 
Yeah I'm one lengthy guy, no wrestling background like bjj though. Just box and Muay Thai. Just got back from Thailand for a Muay Thai fight. Good to see another fighter on here. It's interesting because most guys are trying to get as big as possible. But us fighters are a little different trying to get as much strength pound for pound. IMG_0985.JPG

Thanks man, sry didn't mean to hijack your thread. But I've been training for about a year now. Just nice to see someone that understands the pain of not being able to load up some tren and get beastly fast lol. I would be gassed after like a min on that haha.
