Advice on EQ Winny stack

Hey all. Im 5'9 192lbs and about 16-18% BF. I have 8 years on training experience though it took a few years to get serious. I have run a couple test cycles and and test with winny once. I am looking to gain leaner dense muscle and trim down to about 12% BF. I was interested in running test,eq,winny but there is a lot of conflicting information. This is what i've come up with. Appreciate feedback.

weeks 1-12 : test cyp/eth 300 /week
weeks 1-12: 300 or 400 EQ/week ??
weeks 8-14: 50 winnie tabs ED
weeks 12-14 : 100 mg Test Prop EOD

I will also have hcg and nolva for pct.

34 years later and I have run this stack quite a few times with couple twists. I run Clenbuterol the last 6 weeks on a 2 on 2 off protocol. At the very end I run the the T3 and Clenbuterol together for about two weeks at 100 and 80 mcg respectively.
Also I switch out the Winny for Var because good Winstrol for me hurts my joints especially as I get really lean. I get to 5 percent sometimes six on that stack.
Sometimes I split the winny and the var 6-7 weeks each with winny first so my joint aches are almost gone when I take away the Winstrol.
Anyway I don't see anything wrong with that stack but use the Eq at 400-500 at least.

I think eq is a highly underrated drug, only bad part is it takes so long to really see the effects and kick in. Typically it takes 6-8 weeks to see the full effects, you will also notice a lot of acne with eq which is what I personally hate.

I have ran Test/EQ/Winny the past with great results but as stated above EQ does take awhile to see its full benefits so my past cycles were slightly longer than 12wks.. I have not ran the prop up to PCT but I like it. Keep in mind that the EQ will definately increase your appetite so it may be a little difficult keeping caloric intake down since tour running this as a cutter. Keep up with your cardio and eat clean. Good luck.
 
Ive been researching this same stack. Run eq for 16 weeks at 600mgs a week, is what I have seen suggested.

I used to run this stack all the time, my dad was good friends with a vet, he was basically out Dr, since we couldn't afford to go to a real one, lol
He'd give us shots of penicillin etc when we were sick and even set my brothers broken nose one time.

You need to have Test as the main base ( I say 500mg MINIMUM - usually 750-1000) on every stack as every compound in some way or form is a variant of Test , hence will shut down natty test, people don't get it that test needs to remain high for the other compounds to work at their best. Your cycle other then that is good WINNY dries but to lose fat increasing volume, cardio, and cycle your macros meaning have most days low carb but then have high carb and high fat day thrown in to keep your metabolism running high.

AAS in reality don't burn fat or even build muscle you do the compounds assist you to assimilate your nutrients ( nutrient partitioning) and lower likelihood of over training.
Worry more about how you train and eat , right down to the way you perform a repetition slow up slower down- increae the duration of a set not the pounds- that will come naturally in time

Lower your body fat percentage before starting this run. Even if you dropped 2-3% before starting it would be much more effective as long as your diet is in check

This makes great sense. What I've been trying to do. Focus on the intent of the exercise.

remember too many advice givers should not, hence look for similiarities not dofferences
