Hey all. Im 5'9 192lbs and about 16-18% BF. I have 8 years on training experience though it took a few years to get serious. I have run a couple test cycles and and test with winny once. I am looking to gain leaner dense muscle and trim down to about 12% BF. I was interested in running test,eq,winny but there is a lot of conflicting information. This is what i've come up with. Appreciate feedback.
weeks 1-12 : test cyp/eth 300 /week
weeks 1-12: 300 or 400 EQ/week ??
weeks 8-14: 50 winnie tabs ED
weeks 12-14 : 100 mg Test Prop EOD
I will also have hcg and nolva for pct.
