Yumm ban syntha choc. Is by far my favorite. At the moment it's OPtimum which is also really good.

Funny I been using protien powered since late 70s when they all tasted like liquid mucus puke yet when they came out with easy to mix whey I hate hate hate it but it is essential so I tolerate it . I do like BSN , Gaspari but Metrx for years always seem to make the best tasting for me though I continue to try so post up maybe I'll take you guys advice though I pretty much try them all

I rarely use any protein powder and get all my protein from whole food BUT if I was using one it'd would be Dymatize Elite cinnamon bun (yep,the cheap one)

I use bsn syntha 6.. I have 5lbs of vanilla and chocolate.. Well I did... My wife combined them last night for some fucking reason.. I was like "why on earth would you do that?" She said " well there was 2 containers I was making by room" I said "if I went in the fridge and saw 1/2 a container milk and 1/2 a container of ice tea ..: would it be a good idea to combine the to make room?" Rrrrrr

I use Magnum Quattro it's 4 protein isolates Whey, Casein, Milk and Egg. It isn't cheap but it's the king in my book.
