Mine: -1988 ( back in my country ) Fisic Cup , I won the light weight class, I was 24 years old and had made a very difficult transition from martial arts to bbuilding. I was totally clean and natural and it was the biggest show the country have had till the time been. I ain't no spring chicken but i firmly believe the best is yet to come...i am very excited about this men's physique show i will do. What is your biggest sports accomplishment?

Well I used to be a racer. I did super bike for a long time with Suzuki and retired from riding after my last accident, high sided and the strap on my helmet torn off and slammed my face into the triple tree, lost most of my teeth, I walked away and made a promise to my mom that I would never ride again which still holds up to this day.

after those days, I got into jet ski racing, and came in 2nd in the world, did the national tour for some years and retired from all racing.

Thats somthin' I always wanted to try....bike racing. I have alwats owner sport bikes throughout my life up until I got married....had to trade it in for a cruiser....more wife friendly.

Congrats Roc on your great accomplishment in jet ski racing. To be ranked 2nd in the world is an quiet an accomplishment.

I won a high school state title in wrestling. Came back the next year and completely flopped though lol

Not many can say they won a state championship. Congrats my friend. If I had a chance I would change many of my decisions back in high school. I was young and dumb back then.

Thank you brother I appreciate that. It would have been nice to back it up with a solid showing the next year however I failed to even medal!

thanks bro, it was deff fun running at that level, and when I started jet sling I picked it up quick, but I knew it was time when it wasn’t fun anymore, someone mite ask, jetsking not fun?? Well the packing everything up, shipping the ski all around the country, then rebuilding it after every race, there was no enjoyment, my girl was the best to put up with it, she loved to see me win, she hated the photos with the sponsorship girls though haha. It was a great time, made tons of cool friends, and saw the country, so I was thankful!!

Umm this is a pretty Kool question. I'd have to say being invited to semi pro basketball tryouts for a few years in New Jersey. Probably could of went overseas and played in Ireland as I knew someone who had connections who played there. But another one I'm very happy with is I have actually dunked on a 10'6" rim not once but a handful of times. With multiple witnesses one of which is the head coach at a area high school. So if you know anything about jumping and playing basketball you'd understand why/how that is such a big deal. I'm 6'3" by the way and for some reason the Lord gave me hops lol

You can't win ALL the time. If you did you would have no humility, dignity, virtues, and no sense of accomplishing more.

Sportsmanship for me is when a guy walks off the court(or mat) and you really can't tell whether he won or lost, when he carries himself with pride either way.

My 6th dan in kenpo , my 3rd black tae Kwon do , my shodan in judo , aikido shotokan , my punong guro penjack Silat pukulan tjumande , Sifu in wing chun ? My instructor cert in krav or cabales serrada or arnis lanada or my menkyo in genbukan menkyo in diato ryu aikijujutsu , my shihan yagyu shinkage ryu? As kid my hockey team won area champ I was mvp high scorer or maybe ranger camp survive overseas ? Actually I have them but only piece of papers I hang them all not knowing why . People have no clue what they mean . Hell 20 year practitioners or all these MMA guys are clueless thinking I’m mma . I’m like no I studied foundation in several, was given authority by the governing body to pass on , but it’s like throwing pearls to swine . Trophy awards to me are reflections in the eyes of another . And a small mind only seeks approval through the eyes of others ( Confucius ) being alive beating death in war , surviving cancer gave me a perspective that only the privileged live above ground . To enjoy a moment of life is a gift . Some thing all need to seek . Just my thoughts , however I don’t judge I just observe and speak ( that’s I guess my clinical training talking ) I have empathy and pride for others but I let those feelings go from myself . I have nothing I value nothing but enjoy life and service to others . That is me . Just the way it is no better no worse just is.
Only one thing I love and covet my cats health . I have no wife no kids no home that I own - if I did I would life in deep fear of losing . I do tip my hat to every man that brings children into the world and provides fir family . Because all my studies and experience and world travel I am unable . Terrified so I have pride for all of you that do so . In my mind nothing is harder or higher that being Dad or husband or home owner . Three things I’ll never be taken alive . I tip my hat to you . I do not dare even dream of those .

My first and only pick 6 in a college football game. I'd love to tell you how it was an epic battle for the ball but the QB humped the bunk and then I ran like the wind 40 yards for the score.
