Really it doesn't.
I go piss. That way I can pin hgh at 4:20am

I sleep best early and then need time to prepare waking..
After 4am alarm I am waiting to get up...
Stretching but need then in case I fall back asleep.

See at 3am if I don't go piss, at 4 am I Gotta pee so bad plus sit for #2. HGH timing screwed before workout....
Use a drink before workout but need hgh pinned at 4:20 for timing...

I only sleep 6 hours per night...
Plus hands need movement before 420 or a can't grab hgh to pin especially if not preloaded...
