Winny is not what I expected

I thought taking winny wouald help me cut. And my diet was spot on. But after the second week. I've become unfillable! I cant get full and eat like I'm on a major bulk. And jogging is officially over. The leg calf pumps, shin splints,and lower back pumps is to much.
I barely got a 1/4 mile before I had to speed walk the other 2 miles.

Yeah winny isn’t going to cut you if you’re eating like a horse.
It’s all about will power and how bad you want it
 
Lol well if you had a gut still and you were thinking that winny was some magical 🧙*♀️ thing that was going to magically give you abs by cutting fat then NNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
 
No gut, 13% bf was hoping to drop to 10%. My hunger won out on my willpower I guess.lol

thats what it sounds like. Its not a fat burner dude. U got to get in the single digits. diet and cardio. do your homework!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Steroids will not make you lose fat.

No, but they will help you hold on to a shit ton more lean mass when youre in a huge caloric deficit, which IMO is every bit as valuable...

And most DHT's will give you drastically more favorable fat retention if/when you do over eat.

Also, More Lean Mass = Higher Metabolism, so just eating the exact same after putting on 10-15 lbs of muscle means you are burning more fat than you were before you put that weight on.

The "AAS dont burn fat" imo is just a play on words and semantics in my humble opinion... several different mechanisms in which they can make a considerable positive impact on bf %.
 
To OP...

Are you taking any Fish Oil, Flaxseed or L-Carnitine? Regardless of my last post which I stand by, Omega 3 fatty acids or L-Carnitine are ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY if you wanna get rid of large amounts of or the harder/thicker "saturated" fats that are in trouble areas like gut, thighs, etc.

These are fats that have likely been sitting dormant for a while and need to oxidized or "loosened up" before they can be moved into the bloodstream and metabolized as energy. Think of the Omega 3/L-Carnitine as "Drain-o" and these types of fats being a clog in your drain.

You dont clear out a clogged drain with more crap and water... break down the clog and everything else flows smoothly.

You should also try 1-2 tbsp of organic Apple Cider Vinegar washed down with water 2x a day for 1-2 weeks- if your liver is not functioning optimally, you will struggle to burn fat, you wont properly break down and utilized aas, etc.

If you havent tried those things, do so for 3-4 weeks, then try running some good winstrol WITH omega 3's and I bet my bottom dollar your results will be much better.
 
I take fish oil daily. And pick up some acv. It's funny, I've been a test e 500wk for 14 weeks. Going for 20 weeks total. And added in the winny here at the end. And I was seeing good results with the test. Getting leaner, stronger, abs popping. 2 weeks into the winny, I feel way bigger. And definately stronger! Bench jumped from 315 to 340. That really got me excited!!!
I'm trying to get my diet back on track. But damn I cant stay satisfied. Not eating junk or sodas or crap. Same old lean meats, oats, shakes and such. Just more than I did before.
My buddies say it's just a increase in metabolism.

Thats funny... you 100% sure its winny and maybe not mislabeled?

Try cleansing your liver with the ACV. Your body will struggle to burn fat even with aas, diet and cardio if your liver isnt functioning right.

Big thing is you gotta be in a caloric deficit... if youre in a surplus, you prob arent giving your body a reason to dip into its "energy savings account" (stored bf) for fuel, unless you are very adept at manipulating your timing of and what you eat.
 
Your diet is cornerstone of burning fat , not gear . Anyone working out and using may get toned but to truly burn fat get shredded need disciplined diet lowering calories , rotating macros to keep metabolism high it’s hard work. In many cases steroids make it harder to burn by increase hunger , estrogen sides etc
