Why no Sleep

So i think i found the right section ffor this but lately i cannot sleep im currently not on anything and havent been for over 6 months but for the life of m i cant get more than about 4 hours of sleep in a night its driving me crazy any suggestions out there that coulld help me out its getting unbearable..

Melatonin can help, but I think L-Tryptophan might be better, or try them both in moderation.

Individually maybe first to access what /If any are working.
Stop taking your pre~w/o after 5:00, or a certain hour,
limit coffee, (if any) .

Depending in your goals, eat like s glutton b4 bed ( food induced coma ) .

But the Bud is a good idea...!

There this thing call heroin I heard been knocking people out. Never tried it tho.


In all seriousness now. Melatonin seems to put me in coma. If you can smoke some bud you can't go wrong with that.

I know how to smoke i was just wondering what tends to make you more tired thats all i used to have a g pen when they first came out that thing was my best friend, but i know bud is a lot different now so was just curious what people prefer
 
How old did you think i was exactly i dont think an 11 year would be able to find this site, although the youth of today are strange
 
Melatonin + Weed (preferably wax/concentrate for me) and I'm out.
 
Thought it made you go nuts and do all sorts of strange things while not fully awake.

I heard of that happening with some people, extreme cases of sleep walking. It must vary person to person, or maybe it's dosed dependent. I haven't had that happen to me though.
