It's the Dosage
Lately, SLU-PP-332 has been getting more attention across various communities. It’s a metabolic modulator that, in theory, can mimic the benefits of aerobic exercise. But you’ve probably seen feedback like:
“Used it for two weeks—felt nothing.”
“Took 100mcg per day, zero results.”
So… is SLU-PP-332 just hype? Not necessarily. The problem might not be the compound itself—but that you're simply not taking enough of it.
Research Doses vs. Market Doses: A Huge Gap
🐭 Mouse Study Dosages
In published studies, researchers administered SLU-PP-332 at 25–50 mg/kg to mice (once or twice daily). The results were impressive:
- 18–24% reduction in body weight
- 30–35% decrease in white fat mass
- 40% improvement in glucose tolerance
- 25–30% lower fasting insulin
- 1.8x increase in mitochondrial density in skeletal muscle
- Greater endurance, vascular density, and metabolic function
At these levels, the compound produced clear exercise-like benefits.
👤 Human Equivalent Dose (HED)
When scaled to humans (based on body surface area), 50 mg/kg in mice is equivalent to around 4.05 mg/kg in humans.
For a 70 kg adult, that’s approximately 284 mg per day.
Now compare that to what’s typically sold on the market:
200–1,500 micrograms (mcg) per day.
That’s a difference of hundreds of times. No wonder you’re not seeing results.
⚠Why Are the Market Doses So Low?
- High production cost – pure SLU-PP-332 isn’t cheap
- Regulatory risk – it’s still a research-only compound
- Safety unknowns – no human clinical trials yet
- Misaligned expectations – people want quick results with minimal usage
Bottom Line: SLU-PP-332 Might Work, But You’re Nowhere Near Research Doses
SLU-PP-332 is still in preclinical development, with no proven safety or efficacy in humans. But if we reference mouse studies, its potential benefits clearly require a much higher dose and consistent use.
If you’re taking just a few hundred micrograms and expecting caffeine-like fat loss or stamina boosts, disappointment is likely.
