So I'm 185 7%bf. I have trouble doing more then 5-6 reps at 225 at the barbell press. But I can do 100 once each side at with th dumbbell which for my weight I think is not bad. But it seems like if you can do 100lbs dumbbells with 8 reps I should be stronger on the barbell? Is it because of my height and long arms? I'm 6'3.
