Mike mentzer had the most shredded delts ever. jaw dropping. Seeing his supposed list of drugs he was taking before he died was sad though.

Coleman... I was wicked in to BBING ij the late 90's 2000s growing up skinny AF and read the mags cover to cover even ads...I love the mass monsters and like Priest...Got the Blonde myth DVD and couldn't believe the freaky size in video the mags were nothing lol...Then I got Ronnies DVD and seeing this freak yealling all his funny catch phrases at 300lbs of mass throwing up 800 deads and 200lb dumbells I couldn't believe it. Went back to watch blonde myth after and Lee Priest no longer looked massive anymore lol... That was it. I was alreasy deadlifting and squatting and doing every thing 2x6-8 or 1x6-8 to absolute failure following loose MENTZER before he went to like one set a year (lol no he never got that extreme obviously but he was getting more and more obsessed with rest side of HIT) so despite Colemans higher reps and volume I loved hos work ethic and old school heavy liftimng... Plus he was Funny af in the gym though he wasnt trying to be lol.. Best MR.O to ever love besides Arnold and I only put Arnold ahead as he put bbing on the map...
