People use it for pain and shit. I heard its like a stimulant at low dose and sedative at higher doses.

I had some good stuff once that gave me a feeling comparable to a couple of hydro's...not quite the same but closest non opiate drug I've found...last few times I tried it I didn't feel shit though

I use it as needed for pain. I build a tolerance to it quickly. I have a high tolerance to opiates as I took suboxone for over 3 years after being on extremely high doses of painkillers for about 2.5 years after I was shot. See if you don't need painkillers if you get shot if you want to judge me for being dependent/addicted to opiates. I've been off subs since last October which I'm glad about. Even though I have the addiction history I don't get any withdrawal symptoms when I stop kratom. I've read where guys say they have a hard time stopping but it doesn't affect me that way.

I have. Quite a few time actually. When I am dragging & need to get things done, it helps me focus. Certain strains at higher doses can be relaxing too. I don't get carried away with it, but it's nice to enjoy occasionally.

I've tried it when I came off subs and years ago after methadone. I've tried a dozen different brands/types and barely noticed anything. I can barely get it down cause the taste is horrendous. Extracts or caps go down but I've yet to notice any relief from pain. Haven't tried it in months...and I can't take anything stronger than an aspirin or motrin anymore.
