You have 1g of powder in the vial aka 1000mg, so you put 1ml bac water in there. Now 1ml equals 1000mg, so if taking 200mg a day you would do 0.2ml or 20iu on a slin pin. Make sense buddy?

I've been using it alone for two years its awesome.You can get 100 ml of 200 mg /ml for less than 70 bucks.I take 600 mg a week IM .No need for any other liver protection.Its an all round anti aging detox .
