I'll stick with my Godsmack, disturb, savatage, tool, perfect circle & similar bands for my workout. I'm 53 so I prefer this type of metal as opposed to speed or death metal.

If we are listing the more mainstream stuff to then I'll add five finger death punch(these guys are my absolute favorite band), avenge sevenfold, slipnot, disturbed, lamb of god and I'm sure a bunch of others I'm forgetting at this moment.
