What to do if you can't contact rep

Hey guys I have a question, I contacted a rep on here about an order, and I wound up placing an order with them. However after a few days I have yet to hear back from them, I've emailed them via their company email and also have tried DM'ing them on here. Funny thing is, they seemed quite responsive before I placed my order. What should I do?
