What Time of Day is Best to Train?

Id say in a perfect world cardio 1 hour after I wake (am) and lift in the evening (pm). But all depends on goals and when u have time so there's no bad times at all .Just in my opinion.
 
Due to the way I fast at least twelve hours each day I train early. I think a lot of guys health problems come from eating after training before bed and then not drinking enough for their kidneys because they're sleeping.
 
5:15PM is time I arrive at gym from work and 7:30PM is when done :)
 
I am up at 3:45am, and start training by 4:30am. I like to let my pre workout and Dbol kick in before I train. The Dbol does great for me for a crazy pump. ON Pro Gainer mixed with a scoop of Hydro Whey right after. Then about an hour later, a nice big bowl of oatmeal with apples, raisins, and cranberries, and usually a plain bagel.
 
I wake in the morning and get dressed and hit the gym on an empty stomach trying to capitalize on last nights built up GH/IGF-1. All theory, but i am pretty sizable.

Is that what they are calling it these days?. In my day it was "choke your chicken". I've heard it called "Sharpening your pencil" also. A lot of other euphemisms for it to I can think of. I guess the best time to do it is when your wife won't help you out. That's when you gotta "clean the pipes".
 
Anytime you make it to the gym is a good time! A lot of people make excuses as to why they cant train because they cant find the time etc... so if you make it to the gym that is the best time IMO.

Whenever you feel your best and have an opportunity to do so.

That's problematic in itself... make the opportunity and get the most out of it regardless. When you're there... own it.

I agree make the time and own it. I was speaking in reference to the age old question of training and timing. Ever since i started this journey there has been the question "what is the best time to train?" Simple, anytime, whatever works best for you. It doesn't matter if it in the am or pm, hell wake up at 2am, get your train on and go back to bed. Just train.

I read the strongest times of the day are I think 3 and 8 hours after you wake up. I forgot tho it was a while ago that I read this. Maybe 2&5 I can't remember
 
Don't believe in the "best time to train" as long as your pre workout nutrition is on point anytime is a good time.
