Weird shit happening now Gents and cant seem to break it. Hit a rut. Am a government contractor and am shipped allover the damn place so when Im home its 1-3 months long usually I pound out a quick run and hit the weights / diet hard as fuck so I retain for the time I cant train or chose nutrition really. For some reason, Im on an extended stay this time where Im lookin at 5-6 months in the states. Great time to have an awesome run right? For some fuckin reason my mojo is gone. Almost instAntly. Its like
i forgot everything and am eating whatever whenever I want. I am even stressing out how to organize my meal plan and workouts to the tune of even going back and forth over night or morning training. Never had this before and Ive overthought it but its almost like the joy of lifting left me. Anyone experience this for a few weeks? Howd ya break it? Wifes hittin it hard as usual and tryin to fire me up but its just not there. AHHHHHHHHHHH

Try a different program. A buddy of buddy of mine who is a lifting coach give me his offseason power lifting program he gives to his football players. It brought new life into my workouts. Been killing it lately.

I sometimes stress out about eating when I can’t get all my food in cause of being too busy at work. So I know how u feel.

Change up things man.

Try a different program. A buddy of buddy of mine who is a lifting coach give me his offseason power lifting program he gives to his football players. It brought new life into my workouts. Been killing it lately.

I think thats what I need to do. Gonna try an unorthodox dumbell only type routine (aside from legs) and see how it goes. Thanks man
