What is your humalog protocol for post workout injections?

I'm interested to hear everyone's protocol that they do for post workout injections of humalog. The more I do research, the more different things I come across. So what do you do and why?
 
I like and sware by the all day method instead of pushing after the workout. 2-4iu is at your gtg meals. So my day looks like this right now, 430am wake up hit gh, 530am hit 10iu slin, take my oats, egg whites and banana shake, I drive to work and stop at McDonald’s and eat a big breakfast with hot cakes, then I start my day with my 5 meals of beef and rice, banging slin at every meal, I eat a carton of Oreos a day, and I’ll have a huge dinner after my post workout shake with oats, egg whites and a banana, i eat a pint of ice cream every nite and wake up and eat 1/2 box of cereal at 230am every morning!

now pre workout slin is something awesome if you have ever tried it you know the strength that comes with it, is retarded!!!!

If your 150lbs yes, you shouldn’t be taking slin period!!! 2iu isn’t stupid but what’s the point, and what are you trying to accomplish bud

With the diet or the slin all day?? I’m sure your talking about the diet and all the sugar, I wil say this, I do this for a good 3-4 months then lean off sugar and replace with all red potatoes, but I was taught by some great pros and if I posted there diets you guys would fall over, it’s not all chicken and broccoli bros.

Just realized you were talking to me. I'm right at 200lb (5'7 12%) and very sensitive (not resistant) to Insulin due to a largely keto diet for years. I'm thinking 2iu right before or after my workouts could give me a slight edge in nutrient partitioning without much risk.

ROC does this sound any less stupid? Or pointless/not enough insulin?
