I am home alone , the wife is out of town for the weekend, so it is me and the dogs. I woke up this morning and trained very early, then we set up a donation table outside Walmart to help a local Ministry that helps alcoholics and drug-addicts. I stood behind the table , encouraging people to donate fro 11 am till 4 pm it was awesome. Am very grateful that today am in position to show gratitude to to God...I was in deep trouble for many years...making bad decisions over and over...I was helped and i got restored. Today my life is awesome am blessed with a great marriage, health, joy and happiness. What is the best thing you did today?

I work out in a boxing gym, is a non-profit organization that opens for the local community: Mondays thru Fridays 6-9 pm. I have the keys to the gym the owner is a good friend of mine. This morning was worst than ever...plates everywhere, dumbbells and bars, many machines still loaded. I put the whole place back in order.

Had a gender reveal party for the new baby. It’s a boy!

Bought a new door to replace the damaged front door to my townhouse. Gonna look good when done.

Pulled a nice 405 deadlift for 3 easy peasy at the gym...never did that before.

Played with the kids at the park, barbecued some chicken, beef & pork & had a killer leg workout. I am also starting to notice a slight drop in bf, which I have been wanting to do for some time.

The wife has been out of town since Thursday, she ia coming back today in the afternoon, so i got up really early did my cardio and then i cleaned up the whole house, the bathrooms, front and back porch and i am about to bath the dogs...excellent!!!

Finally put together a good structure to accomplish with both jobs i have, so one don't take away from the other one

I still laid up
fron work with injured leg. Had a nail go through lower thigh got severely infected was on iv antibiotics for three weeks and have wound vac connected to leg which help drain. But I unclogged a toilet for my gf so that something. The surgery was. Rural and they had to leave the. Wound open to heal from inside out. So it went from 12" by 4" to 11.5 to 1". So figure at least a month before back to work. Going to do some light upper body next week

Hang in there man. I was laid up myself for awhile too when I had surgery on my foot...non-weight bearing for 8wks. Scootin around the gym on crutches absolutely sucked. No leg work at all. I wish the best in your recovery.....you'll get there.

I admire that positivism . I was severely burnt in a hospital 3 years ago. Let me pray with you right now: father in the name of Jesus i pray for my brother Ranger, i pray for healing, i pray for a speedy recovery, i pray for strength to go thru this trial. I pray father that you will lay your hand upon my brother and bring him thru this pain...in Jesus name we pray . you are a great warrior

Hang in there bro, you’ll bounce back from this.
Eventually this will be just a bad memory

During the weekend my wife picked up two youngsters that needed help to get back on their feet. I took them to a local church that helps drug-addicts and alcoholics to get restored. Today i found them both in the parking lot of Walmart on of them was drunk...they insulted me loud in public for bringing them to a church...what i did: i walked away
