NONE- I do not eat sugar of any kind natural or not and how I keep my BF down by 4-6% no flour products either

bananas, apples, berries, pineapple, raisins. that's year round.

I carb cycle but on carb up I love pineapple and naners. Pineapple, I actually crave that stuff. I could constantly eat it. Don't know why I crave it so much, never have before but it's strange.

Shit Cherrys love them, fresh pineapple - tart apples like gala, Fuji , honey crisp . The different types do taste very different like hate red delicious yuck Granny Smith yuck lol. Fresh from apple farm too
