Yea I like this method and keeps you from going balls out and saves ur spine and back, I used to go heavy as hell and noticed my knees would be in pain for a couple days, I talked it out with some pro friends and it seems like the new way is doing squats last so it keeps u from the heavy ass weight pounding. I’m not complaining anymore with my knees and still can’t walk up steps after my workouts so it’s still working.
