Neither branch cyclic dextrin beats them . Nutri bio makes the best quality one and its cheap on Amazon like 30 bucks

Ok, thank you. I went with HBCD initially because it's what John Meadows recommends, and I feel like he's one of the only straight shooters out there. Appreciate the confirmation!

Hey brother I've heard about branch cyclic dextrin before,but I can't remember the benefits? I know it's different than dextrose,and I'd better than virtago,but can you please explain why it is superior to Karbolin? Also is the rice and potatoes white simple carbs I'm assuming for the fast glycogen replenishment?

HBCD is suppose too be absorbed much faster with lower insulin spike I use karbolyn also but I prefer this . but I use Insulin pre workout . otherwise I don't really think intra workout carbs are neccesary if not using exogenous insulin.

I like Vitargo and Karbolyn post workout with 10 grams creatine if trying gain some quick weight...BADASS... Think theres not much difference in how they would restore glycogen (guessing) but Karbolyn is great tasting!!!!
Personally I like taters and they don't cost me 30 bucks.
